My microwave was returned to me missing screws and damaged. They said it was like that when they received it. I explained to them that the lady that works there and I took the microwave out of my car. If it was broken apart she would have said something. Also, 4 months later the microwave stopped working again, same problem. They said a switch was fixed and if the microwave door is opened frequently the switch will go out sooner and it is not covered by a warranty anymore.

Ordered a replacement part for my rice cooker. Checked back every week and was told my part was on order. One month later, they tell me they missed the order deadline for their latest shipment and the part was NEVER ordered. Since I missed the shipment I now had to pay $9 freight charge or wait an unspecified amount of time to join the next shipment. Week and a half later after paying the freight charge, I check in, turns out their fax didn't go through and the order still hasn't been placed. Finally got my part in almost 2 months after the original order.
They NEVER APOLOGIZED throughout the whole ordeal.
