Was having dryer issues and decided to call this appliance repair team, the minute i got on the phone with Darnell he was instantly helpful and very knowledgeable about what most likely could be the problem, He came out the same day and figured out the problem in no time, after finding the part he needed online he returned the next day and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Mr. Darnell is the BEST!!! This is the second time I have called him for service. Answering his questions before he arrives gives him an idea of what is wrong. He arrived early with the needed part and efficiently fixed the dryer. I also had him look at the oven latch, which I didn’t think could be fixed. It took him about 10 minutes to solve the problem and the oven door now opens & closes easily. Mr. Darnell is courteous, communicates well, is efficient and pricing is reasonable.
