We had our ice machine broken and this shop's information was sent to us as a recommended repair man from a relative. Called numerous times, didn't answer. Then when he did he said that since it isn't urgent; he will contract us once the office is open the day after.

However, no calls received from our end, then i proceed to call him back. He can't even remember we have talked about this case the night before then we got cut off. At this point I'm like, whatever. Just look for anyone that can fix the issue.
