Force you to use a paycard for your first paycheck. My bills are set up to come out of my checking account. Plus you get paid later than everyone else with this process. The only reason they would do this is because they're making money off of it. They're not providing free cards and accounts. And neither is sky light. In my opinion, this is set up to steal money from you.
