Matt and the guys at Red Wolf were VERY knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. They came for a routine outlet job, that turned out to be much worse than thought. We were at the finishing stages of a residential development construction project when the contractor we hired to do all the electrical installation backed out at the last minute. We had to scramble to find a team willing to do everything at such a limited time. It’s a good thing we found this company. Their electricians worked diligently in meeting the deadline. After many years, I decided to enter the 21st century and change to LED recessed lighting. After researching and receiving a few offers, I liked what I read and gave this company a call. We set a date, and they were on time, well prepared, and ready to work. I mean highly professional, extremely clean, EXTREMELY CLEAN as they mask off all areas, and went right to work. The electricians have great attitudes and love their work, which shows in their quality. When the job is complete, they clean up so well that you wouldn't have known they did any construction in the house, including extensive drywall, tape, and mud work.

I had lighting and ceiling fans installed in a few rooms, and the chambers came to life. The accuracy of light and fan placement is perfect. My son didn't want the lighting in his room at first, but after he saw the work and quality of the installation, he wanted the lights and ceiling fan too, so I have one more room to do.

Great experience working with Notoco, especially Aimee!

My husband and I recently visited NOTOCO with the intent to furnish our 4,000-square-foot home with new lighting fixtures. We were prepared to spend significantly, but not a single employee acknowledged us during our entire visit.

What made this experience especially disheartening was watching staff warmly greet and assist several white customers who entered after us, while we, clearly the only customers of color in the store, were completely ignored. While I can't say definitively that this was racially motivated, the contrast in how we were treated was glaring and impossible to ignore.

Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely absent. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.
