Pelican Restoration has handled several projects for me, the largest of which was replacing the subfloor and wood floors in much of my house do to a mixture of moisture damage and powder post beetles. Brett makes sure everything was done correctly and beautifully. When a sub contractor drove his truck onto our, lawn contrary to his direct instructions, he made sure they came back and repaired the damage promptly. I recommend Pelican Restoration without any reservation.

Through Southeast Engineers I have worked with Brett and his company for over five years and on multiple projects, ranging in scope from $25,000 to over 2 million dollars. He has approached every job with the same commitment, dedication to detail and desire to deliver the best possible result at the most affordable price. He rarely gets beat on price and I've never seen him get beat on quality. His company is one of our "go to" companies when we need to direct a client to a contractor that will get the job done right and protect our reputation as well.
