THE WORST AC COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE / FRONT OFFICE IS INCOMPETENT AND THEIR INSTALL ON MY BRAND NEW HOUSE HAS CAUSED LEAKS THROUGH MY CEILING, DUCTWORK CAUSING FIRE HAZARDS AND AGAINST CODE, AND THE LIST GOES ON. AND THE WORST PART, I HAD TO ABSORB THE COST FOR ALL THE REPAIRS SINCE THEY WOULD PONY UP. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO ELABORATE, I CAN DO SO BY EMAIL. IF YOU NEED A RECOMMENDATION, GO WITH ACCUTEMP!! A+
