Seth and Logan worked very hard to install my new water heater! My old setup was atrocious, and they made me feel very taken care of with the new installation. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

It isn't often that you see the president of a company working. I met Terry Smith today to check a possible collapsed sewer line and he gave me the BEST news a plumber possibly could. After scoping & tracing our house sewer deep into the back yard, he came back to tell me that the small swamp between me & my neighbor wasn't my problem. We Were Fine!!! I've found our forever Baton Rouge plumber. Good crews. Responsive. Good call-backs. Thanks Terry!!! Glad to meet you, Update - Today (10/8/24) worked with Seth on several maintenance items and again PERFECT SERVICE!!! Clean, gave me the estimate ahead of time and offered options to save me money. Outstanding to work with. A credit to the company. I'll be asking for Seth to come back should we need any plumbing issue resolved.

Great experience with American Plumbing. Noticed a gas smell coming from hot water heater and called American Plumbing. Seth and Logan came out in record time to fix it. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the leak resolved. I have never had a better experience getting a service repair in all my years of living. I would highly recommend this company for your Plumbing repair needs and would strongly suggest requesting Seth and Logan for the best repair and customer service experience.
