Cory from Rooter Man was a pleasure to deal with...on time, personable, went right to work clearing the severe clog in my kitchen sink line. When he was finished, he explained the work he had done in detail and had the line cleared in record time!

These folks are on top of their game. Experienced! Professional, and timely service.

Convenient, Reliable, Professional!

It was the weekend and we called Rooter Man. They informed us off the bat that having someone come out during the weekend has a different cost than the weekday. No hidden fees and up front about cost, I already appreciate it.

We scheduled for the plumber to come out Monday.

Rhett called prior to arrival providing his ETA and within less than 2 hrs the issue was resolved.

Mind you we had the leak in a difficult spot and prior to calling Rooter Man, we had another big-named agency come out to fix the issue but they said they could not fix it, they would have to reroute the pipes into the attic and the job would cost est $4k.

RHETT FIXED IT, and it didn't even cost 4k nor were any pipes rerouted, in less than 2 hours!!!

Never calling anyone else for any plumbing assistance. Rooter Man is the place to go!

Duane did a really good job, very knowledgeable. He cleared my kitchen drain that had years of build up. He took his time and got the line really clean. The pricing was well worth it. I highly recommend Rooter Man.

Great job! Dwayne and his crew did quality work. This was a tub/shower installation so that qualified as a renovation. They handled all the little things that always come up with this kind of job and the new tubs look great. The price was reasonable as well. I know who I’ll call and recommend in the future.

As always, they were professional and helpful! The same tech I previously had was the one to come back for my outdoor pipe. He was professional and quick with the job. Showed up on time and all around fantastic personality. Getting things schedule with Sheila was an easy process and she was more than helpful!! She has clearly hired the right people for this business.

Rhett did a great job! He fixed a broken pipe and changed the valve on the hot water heater. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend.

My drain from the kitchen and laundry room was plugged solid. I spent over 2 hours trying to snake it manually and got nowhere. Rooter-Man sent Rhett out on the Sunday before Labor Day within an hour of my call. He had the line cleared in less than 10 minutes, then spent some time making sure there were no other issues. He even closed and latched the gate when he left. Seems small, but it’s alarming how many times I’ve had to chase my dog because, in my experience, most service people don’t do that.

The guys were super nice, professional and really wanted to resolve my issue. I think they have me on the right road for a permanent solution!

They put in a new hot water heater for me. It was very hard to get the old one out and the new one in but they didn’t charge me extra. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Great experience with this company overall. Making the appointment couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Cory came and resolved the problem we had right away. He explained it every step and showed his knowledge. Very well run company due to experienced ownership. Thank you.

Rooter Man did an excellent job. Our plumber Rhett was awesome. He took care of everything timely and professionally.

Another company we contacted sent a rep out that tried to add all kinds of unnecessary things to be fixed and was almost $1,000 more than Rooter Man. Not to mention they were a day late.

Had a sewer clogging issue. After several other estimates, called Rooter Man Plumbing based on Google search. Their answering service was very friendly. Their prices for each service was slightly lower than others in the area. Rhett was the service rep who came to our house. Rhett was very friendly and energetic. He worked methodically and efficiently to determine where the clog was. Rhett did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I will not hesitate to use Rooter Man again if needed. I highly recommend them.
