RooterMan had Duane out to my house within an hour to fix someone else's bad job that was done years ago, while we were in the middle of a patio project. Their after hours fee was reasonable. Duane was friendly, professional, and efficient (and the dispatcher was great too- sorry I forgot her name). Because they were able to get this taken care of for us, we were able to have concrete poured the next morning to stay on schedule.

Called them yesterday afternoon and they had Rhett out first thing this morning. He was very professional and explained everything to us. Got the job done and for a very reasonable price! Will definitely use them again.

Dwayne came, looked at all of my issues and knew exactly what to do in minutes. He and his helper were quick and straight to business. I would recommend.

Rhett was great. We really appreciated all the did to make our new water heater work in our house. They were able to combined 2 tank water heaters into 1 tankless. We're so happy with what they did and Rhett worked over time on it. Will use again.

I had a great experience with RooterMan Plumbing and especially with Cory Watkins. He came out to replace my water heater and was incredibly friendly and professional the whole time. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up when he was done. He even started vacuuming the floors afterward—above and beyond what I expected! Despite my best efforts, my kitchen sink gets clogged. My ‘go to’ team to get me out of this mess is Rooter - Man. They are not only friendly, but get the job done the first time! I’ve been using them for years and I’m pretty sure they have come out the same day I called them. After the flood, I had them come out and clear the pipes of the entire house. I HIGHLY recommend Rooter - Man.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
Scheduling was fast and communication was seamless. Rhett was absolutely fantastic. Our home came with a lot of DIY plumbing attempts from the previous owners, so what should’ve been a quick 15-minute fix turned into a challenging 4-hour job. But Rhett didn’t quit—he was determined to get it done right. He worked diligently, stayed positive, and was incredibly respectful of our home throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this company, especially Rhett!

My central A/C condensate line was blocked preventing my A/C from running in the record heat lately. The plumbers I contacted told me 3 days response was best they could do. I contacted Rooterman and got the same response. Within 30 minutes they called back and had rearranged appointments and could see me the following morning. The tech arrived in the time window and had me working in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

We’ve had Rooter Man come out twice this year and had great experiences both times. Back in January, Cory helped fix a plumbing issue in our kitchen sink. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly. More recently, Rhett came out to repair a pipe leak in our backyard. He was just as great—on time, friendly, and walked us through exactly what needed to be done.

Scheduling appointments is easye and the prices have been very reasonable. Overall, we've had a really positive customer experience with Rooter Man. They’re reliable, professional, and easy to work with. We’d definitely recommend them to family and friends and will keep using them in the future!
