Was not impressed at all. To repair a water leak outside, they wanted $730. To run a new waterline I was quoted $2500 which sounded crazy beings how close it is. I questioned the outrageous prices and was told thats what his book says. He then told me.that the $2500 price included the waterline repair.....of course it does if youre replacing said line. The water leak repair was a maximum one hour job. Absolutely impossible to use over $50 in parts. Just an insane price. Called elsewhere and the same job is half that.

Sam and I talked about options and a path forward. I decided to get a new toilet rather than attempt to clean out tubes and channels, or replace "guts". LIKED the way we came to a co-agreement on what to do.

Sunshine Plumbing.showed up and fixed my plumbing issues in a timely manner. Their knowledge and understanding of my problem assured me the job would be done correctly. Everyone was courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing.
