We had three tree stumps removed and posted a review a couple days ago. I found their service sub par in the way of punctuality and responsiveness, but they did a decent enough job and at a reasonable price too. They were about what I was expecting them to be, but we left three stars because we probably wouldn't use them again due to the lackluster service. For what it is worth I respected them as a business. What I cannot condone and cannot respect is a business who has their employees create fake reviews to bolster their google rating. They did not reach out to us to try and correct the issue, not that there is much they could have done as we were not all that upset, but instead tried to mask our negative review with an inundation of fake, employee made reviews. This is a bad faith business move, and does nothing but to undermine the transparency and public accountability that a business has. Doing such a thing shows exactly how much this company and it's employees respect their customers and the community.

Shad came over and walked around our yard with us and answered all my crazy questions. His crew showed up bright and early ready to work. Took care of 3 trees that were a real pain for me They were professional and friendly. They were careful and respectful of our property and cleaned up nicely when they were done.

I made an appointment for someone to come out and grind down three tree stumps that were in my yard. Although the job got completed, I am not impressed with this company's customer service. I scheduled an appointment for Monday February 17th at 9:00 am. The person that was supposed to come out and do the tree stump grinding made no effort whatsoever to be on time. He finally showed up two hours late. There is really no excuse for that kind of service- with no phone call. No email regarding running behind. I ended up calling their office at 10:11 am. One hour after the scheduled time. I was supposed to receive a call back from the lady at the office about where my contractor was at and what time I should expect him. Of course no one got back to me on the matter and he eventually showed up after another hour had passed. Not impressed and most likely will not work with "Big Bark Tree Care" in the future.

I’ve had these cypress trees in my yard for as long as we’ve lived in this house [20+ years]. They are beautiful but had done some damage to the foundation of my house and my neighbors home, and knees everywhere were causing problems so it was time for them to go.

Darrell, Shataaki and their crew came out quickly to assess and provided a fair quote. They were able to take down the trees, grind the stumps and carry everything off in a few hours.
