We had the pleasure of working with restoration1 for water mitigation and the crew (Tim, Jon, Samuel, Isaac, Cory, Jeyson, Dontae, Todrick, Aiden, Frannie, and Anna) were exceptional. They communicated effectively, were on time for every step of the process, answered all questions confidently, and were extremely professional and kind! So happy to have them in our corner!

Restoration 1 resolved a water leak and performed mold mitigation at my place. They were up front about costs and time to repair, and when the repairs were made they did a fantastic job with the work and scheduling. Couldn't be happier with the result!

This company is literally God sent. They are kind, thoughtful, considerate and compassionate. They listen, when we called them we had a tree branch fall into our home and they came out and they have been so helpful and they respect the fact that we don’t wear shoes in our home and they honored that. They also sent some of the best team members to our home to complete demo. Thank you Tim, Samuel, Dawson, Jayson and Cory. Absolutely wonderful! Antjuan Jonson, BrandanAmar and Brandan Galyean was on top of my situation so fast and helped me mentally as well.

Restoration 1 responded quickly and thoroughly when our home was flooded by our washer. They were responsive, considerate and respectful of the stressful situation. The entire team performed our pack out, floor and baseboard removal, removal of uncovered mold, handled our insurance adjustor’s questions, and packed us back in. We are very happy with the services they provided. John was our go to guy from day one and was always willing to talk and answer our questions through the entire process. Antjuan, Tim, Bryan, Dennis, Jayson, Jimmy, Chris, Cory and Sean all worked to get us back in our home and we’re very grateful!

Isaac and his crew did a great job of tearing out damages I had in my bathroom and drying out my water damaged floors. As I pulled into my friend’s home, my car got stuck in their ditch… Luckily Restoration One had a team inside their house to help get it out! Not only do they give exceptional service, but they also are prepared to lend a helping hand when they can! The guys at Restoration One were the best! They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable! We had experienced a leak in our home, and we were super stressed.

On February 25, 2025 the unthinkable happened. Our house burned! Total Loss! It was a house filled with memories and we were devastated. We didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Restoration 1 was our guardian Angel. They have led us through the necessary processes. Brandon Amar was truly heaven sent. He is so caring and personable! I will never forget him and will be forever grateful to him.

If and when he isn’t available (which isn’t often) Heidi is there to take up the slack. She is so knowledgeable and caring too. My advice to anyone in the situation we were in is not to hesitate to call and use Restoration 1 of Baton Rouge!!

I had a house fire in March, 2025 and Brandon from Restoration 1 appeared on scene with the Fire Dept. The Fire Dept arrived within 3 min and saved my home from burning down. My heroes!! Brandon stayed with me until everyone left and explained to me what I was facing and what steps I could take. His kindness and knowledge kept me from freezing up and becoming hysterical. Four days later Tim along with Amar,Jon,Cory,Jayson,Dontae,Todrick,Isaac,Aiden arrived to begin the demo and mitigation. Tim taking charge with professionalism, such kindness, offering me so much help as I was facing an overwhelming situation, prevented me from collapsing into a puddle of tears in front of all these guys! I must also mention Anna and Samuel. Thank you Anna for making the financial paperwork so easy and Samuel for answering my questions. I will not hesitate to recommend Restoration 1 Baton Rouge. This company has earned every accolade they have received.

Super professional company. The great people that work there treat you like family, fight for you, and take care of you. Restoration 1 came out and treated a mold problem in our bathroom. Issac, Jayson, Dontae and Tim were very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

I have to begin with how incredibly grateful my husband and I feel toward the Restoration 1 of EBR team. Just five weeks before our wedding day, we were jolted awake around 3:30am by the sounds of a roaring fire spreading from the house next door. We had just minutes to get our pets and ourselves outside to safety and seconds to move our vehicles. I had taken bridal portraits earlier that week, and my wedding dress happened to be at the cleaners. Our home took on massive damage, and basically was taken down to the studs and rebuilt.
Not long after the sun came up, Antjuan of Restoration 1 pulled up in his work truck. His relatives live nearby and called to tell him their neighbors needed help. Before we knew it, he was standing in front of our house, ready to help. In the middle of all the chaos, talking with someone calm, collected, and ready to take charge was exactly what we needed. His crew quickly secured our home, with no time wasted. The whole situation felt overwhelming, but they handled everything (and I mean everything) with love and care as if it were their own home. Frannie, who took charge of recovering and restoring our personal belongings, was incredible. There were a few items I needed for wedding festivities and our honeymoon, and Frannie made magic happen to return those to me quickly. I didn't realize it at the time, but I had a personal connection with Restoration 1 that immediately melted my anxiety away. I knew this is a business I could trust and I absolutely do! Restoration 1 worked directly with our insurance, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. Antjuan kept us informed every step of the way and was always just a call or text away when we had questions or worries. David, the owner, personally checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. You don’t see that level of care very often and it meant so much to us.
The rebuild turned our nightmare into something beautiful. We were able to make the house feel even more like our home with personal touches and a fresh paint scheme. The quality of work is fantastic and our home looks better than ever.
Even after we moved back in, they never left us hanging. We had a minor emergency on a Friday morning, but we knew exactly who to call! Of course we called Antjuan, and his team was there within minutes to fix it.
