H&E is great. It took a few visits to get to the bottom of our AC problem, but they came back without charging us for the additional service calls (only for the first service call, the work that was done and the equipment). We replaced our condenser 2 years ago with a different HVAC company, so this time it was an issue with our coil, which needed to be replaced. I’m going to add that I feel like their pricing is super fair!

The HVAC industry, at the manufacturing level, is an absolute racket, similar to the cell phone industry, where obsolescence is built into to equipment and is ridiculously expensive to repair/replace. To my point, our Train Condenser (the fan thingy outside) which was replaced two years ago, had tech that the new Train coil (the big gray box in the attic) is not compatible with. NOT THE FAULT OF H&E AT ALL, and they’ve gone to all sorts of lengths to make it work for us. Still expensive to replace, don’t get me wrong, but they were waaaayyyy more reasonable than the “K” company who quoted us some ridiculous 10k ish amount to replace just the coil, and then charged us $600 and some change to add some freon and put us on a service contract, never actually fixing anything. We had cool-ish air for exactly 2 days before that $400s worth of freon was gone. That’s when we called H&E. I’m not sure who recommended them, but THANK YOU!

I know I’m going on and on, but I also ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND H&E! They are trustworthy and continue working on the problem until they find a solution. We still have some old equipment that has to be upgraded, but in the meantime, our home is nice and comfortable.

The customer service team has accommodated us with an agreeable price and they were most helpful in pricing parts for the generator! A big “Thank you!”

They was very friendly, efficient, and the best price around. I got a whole new AC/heating system and we are very satisfied. Everyone from the ladies in the office, salesman, and the installers were a pleasure to work with.

My technician was Hunter, this young man has my utmost respect. He is very knowledgeable and professional about his job. He went beyond the of duty to assist in the comforting of my home. I definitely will recommend this company to friends and family. I was so tempted to give him one of my gold coins I received in Iraq. This guy deserves 10 gold stars. Thank you Mr. Hunter

Thomas Bush the repairman was very helpful, trained and professional in working with us for the replacement of a tankless hot water heater that was about 20 years old.

H &E Inspection of my HVAC went well Nigel was prompt, cordial and very efficient. All information regarding service was explained in a very professional manner. H&E also installed my whole home generator. Very pleased with the work.

Hunter was amazing. He took his time and made sure that we understood everything that needed to be done. He has really great customer service. He's awesome.

I really appreciate how the technician Francisco came on time and was very professional took his time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned both Air conditioning units. He also explained everything that he done to the units in a way that I completely understood. I appreciate that Francisco was very friendly and professional I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Received a email for a free inspection from H & E and they asked what time would be good for me. I told them am and she told me they had one the next day which was wonderful. Nigel called and came over inspected the ac unit and the condenser. He was very informative and knowledgeable and wanted to have someone come and do some quotes for us. Then Troy came over and inspected and we sat down and he explained our options. Troy gave us a breakdown of costs and answered our questions. It was pleasant to have someone to take the time and not pressure us into doing something we did not want to do. I will most likely go with this company when we decide to do the job.

Mark S arrived on time and was thorough and efficient in his evaluation of my home’s electrical situation. Polite and professional, it was a pleasure to work with him. Fast response on estimate.

We had great experience with this company. Hunter was our technician today, a local young guy. Despite his young age he was very experienced and knowledgeable about the field. He assisted us with weighing in all our options for treatment or replacement of the unit. He highlighted all our pros and cons of the existing system and was pretty honest about the choices we had. He helped us to decide between different models and routing options, that would best suit our needs.
While we're waiting on the repair we were offered a window unit, which I think was a nice and considerable gesture.

Brad is amazing, he knows what he’s doing and he’s very nice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know, if you need maintenance, request Brad because he is the best!!
