Gary and his team are so knowledgeable and explain what they are doing to your system in plain English. They also strive to maximize the efficiency of your system while maintaining its reliability. Bottom line, they are the best in the business and easy to work with.

Contractors often don't pay attention to the little details, but these guys do! Even the flex tape (duct tape to most of us) looks neat and tidy. They were on time, did the entire remove/replace job in just a few hours, and left zero mess, even swept out the garage after they were done. And the price whe done was exactly the same as the quote. I highly recommend them for any work on air systems.

This company was outstanding! Very responsive, polite, and professional. I really appreciated them taking the time to do a full diagnostic of my HVAC when all I had to go on was “something doesn’t sound right and the thermostat keeps saying something weird.” Additionally, the team showed me exactly what was wrong to ensure I knew they weren’t ripping me off and just fixing something to placate me. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have about 13 air conditioning units between offices and home. Alex and Gary have taken good care of us for years now. They respond very fast and have fixed all my problems. Because you will have lots of problems with 13 ac units. They are one of the few companies I trust because they earned it.

Alex is very knowledgeable about our systems and we appreciate being informed along with his great service. We had concerns about our duct work and he checked inside & out to see if we needed maintenance plus he pulled down a vent cover so I could clean it! Extra mile service and friendly!!!

I have a bi-yearly contract with Air Experts that gives me comfort in knowing my AC/Heating is being maintained properly for excellent function. In the past we had a problem and since they identified the problem, we have not had any more trouble.
They are quick to respond, even through the ice storm we recently had. They are friendly and very helpful. I recommend them.

Alex was professional and through. I appreciate the attention to detail that I saw in the way he treated my sysem and took care of his own equipment. He was not pushy to sale a new system but did let me know with the small leak I have and the age of the system I should start saving for a new system. I feel that is fair and glad he did not try to push a new system but just explained options.
