Mike was prompt--in fact he was early-- and very efficient. He was training an apprentice and seemed to do that very well. Highest commendation--hexwas fantastic!!

Daniel was very thorough in finding the problem with my dishwasher and cleaning up behind itself which was a blessing the only problem I had was the fact that it said my window was from 8:00 to 12:00 and I didn't receive a phone call or a text saying that it would be 3:30 before his arrival

The repair was honest. He could not repair everything because the washer was too old and he couldn’t get the parts needed.
-
Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and fast. I will definitely be calling again if I have any other repair needs. Thank you.

Technician was attentive to what I said. He tried to recreate the noise made by the machine. Gave me good advice on use

The service agent was friendly, prompt, and communicated well. This was a 4th visit to fix the microwave. This agent was successful and replaced the damaged part.
-
Service was fine other than the man was very unfriendly and acted like I was a inconvenience.

Service great was and very professional!

Unbelievably service. Very polite and knowledgeable. Took great care with his surroundings. Michael has now been here twice and I would recommend Sears service 100%.

Provider provided no service. Between scheduling online for a Maytag Washer and then deciding on my appointment time it was changed to a Apothic Refrigerator. I called, the phone number directs me back to the website. I leave a message and cancel the appointment. No one responds. They call MY HUSBAND'S (phone out of state and not the main number) the next week to still follow through with the appointment. Two weeks later they text me again to confirm NEW appointment. I confirm, because no details are on WHAT the scheduled appointment is for. No one calls on their way. He randomly shows up at 3, very professionally says, " I'm here to fix your fridge." Nope I scheduled an appointment for a washer. "Not a fridge" Nope "ok have a good day". There needs to be a person somewhere along the lines of communication that listens to the messages or responds to the cancellations. Extremely unorganized and I don't feel like paying $100 again for them to screw it up again. I'd like to talk to a real person who can tell me exactly what is going on.

Pretty bad experience all around. The technician Darrel was not friendly or communicative AT ALL. Didn’t order the part originally so when he came by 2 weeks after diagnostic appointment the part had not arrived. I didn’t even know the part was being delivered to my house because, again, no communication. We had to reschedule the appointment and I had to take off work AGAIN. When the part arrived he came back over and did manage to fix my refrigerator so I guess I’ll give 2 stars. This was the first and most definitely the last time I’ll use Sears.

Nice person, checked the price for repair but the parts were too expensive. I could not afford it.

Technician might have experience but come in home doesn't say speak.. no hello I,m your technician here to fix your appliance..his attitude was not to my liking. Which means I didn't care for his professionalism just let the water run all over kitchen washroom floor,,never asked for towels to put down catch water..then he canceled 1st.. appointment when he did show up still didn't get refrigerator fixed another week, waiting on parts..😕☹️

Very VERY disappointed!! Waited around ALL day for them to show up .. then towards the end of the day I get 3 strange emails will ALL of my info on it (name, address, phone#) but someone else’s signature on a repair contract… ummm what??? Then they rescheduled my appointment (for the other customers repairs) . All I know is I better not get charged . Man I haven’t been this mad in a long time!!!!

Over charge, didn't give information on what it would have taken to fix the problem. Didn't show any pictures of issue. He didn't want to be there, he never call the contact person, so they could be at the house to assist the problem. Wouldn't never tell anyone to use this service!!!

Tech was great. The company ,formerly Sears, I have repair contract with is terrible. We reported the broken dishwasher June 5 2024. Repair was finally completed July 16. I paid $1,800 for a 5 year repair contract. I wish I had my money refunded.
Technician turned on and left. The dishwasher never completed the cycle and now it will not start. We have been dealing with this since June 5, 2024. -
Was kind, Clean and very thorough. Mr Michael came in and did his job with excellence! Understood the work he was doing and was able
To fix one of the jobs immediately! The other one need parts but he knew exactly what they need. -
Great service. Called when he was on the way showed up on time and fixed the problem.

Our ice maker stopped working & we had saved the old ice maker. We put the old maker back in the freezer & it started working. When the technician came he would not replace the old ice maker with a new one. He said we have bad water. We have had this refrigerator freezer since 2019. I have a service agreement on it so I don’t understand why I couldn’t have a new ice maker to replace the old one.
A new technician came today (Michael), he installed a new ice maker for us. That is all I wanted when I called to ask for one. Thank you Michael -
The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, and had the problem resolved by half an hour’s time. If I encounter any issues with my appliances in the future, I know what number to call to get it fixed ASAP. Thank you for the fantastic service.

My refrigerator estimate from your 1st repair person was over '1,100. He was asked to include the diagnosis for parts failure while he was here. (I read this detail to him from my warranty company required to approve the repair. So, I requested again a repair person to supply the required diagnosis for parts failure so I could get the OK to repair. The estimate was about $469 and the only way to get that info was by paying for and getting repair completed. I am praying I get reimbursed by my warranty company because I could not go any longer without a refrigerator; it had not worked for 3+ weeks.
