This must be the most miserable place in the world to work, because out of the 6 people we saw only one of them smiled and greeted us. All the others acted like we were inconveniencing them. The lady up front acted aggravated when I started telling her what I needed. Kept telling me that the list that they gave me wasn't accurate, then acted like I was supposed to know that. Then the yard hands acted aggravated that we were bothering them. It wasn't like they were busy. The money you save is the only reason they got any stars. There was one dude that greeted us when we went up front to look at the plywood and I'm not sure if he even worked there. If you want to save some money this is the place to go, just be prepared to be treated like an intruder.

They did a excellent job of fixing & patching the roof where a raccoon had made a hole to get into the attic. Also replacing the seals around the pipes on the roof!!!

We hired PRC to replace our roof and gutters after a hail storm. They really took care of everything. They worked with my adjuster and handled my insurance claim until everything was covered. My insurance company wanted to merely repair the roof. PRC had them back out, explained something’s. The entire roof was replaced. The guys were respectful and friendly. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up after themselves every afternoon. This was nice because kids and dog could use the yard in the evenings. The roof turned out great. The new roof is quite an upgrade over the roof they replaced. We’ll use them again.
