Just great service and really nice people.10/10

I went to Ellis for dirt and a small shallow planter; I grabbed both for a pretty good price! They have some wonderful Christmas decorations out already too. It's a nice store with gobs of selection!

Every time I go in Ellis it’s so magical !! Debbie is a hard worker and always very helpful. When I was there she helped me pick out the perfect gifts for my little baby!! She’s truly a gem.

Stopped in after the Master Gardener sales looking for an extra large clay pot. Had some beautiful ones, but all were over $100. Staff was friendly, plants were beautiful. I usually only shop here at season's end when the real sales start. Early season plants are overpriced ($39.99 for a passion vine that won't over-winter). Lots of places set up so you can check out quickly and they had the Easter Bunny there to take photos with (for a charge). I'll be back, but at the end of season.

Visiting from Dallas Texas to buy some Christmas decorations. Had the most amazing customer service from Maggie. She went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed. Can't wait to go back next month on our next trip.

Landon T. Was most helpful on my shopping trip to Ellis Pottery. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I purchased a couple bails of hay and he suggested that i pay first, drive around, and he took care of the rest. He made sure i had plenty of plastic to cover the inside of my car. He loaded the hay and took care of all my other purchases. Thank you Landon for all your assistance. You made my trip so easy.

I come here every year for Christmas either to just look for decorative ideas or to buy. Today they has it dark inside for you could enjoy the Christmas atmosphere. Just beautiful.

Pam Higdon is the best designer at Ellis Pottery! I have used her since my son was killed in 1997. She has made every headstone arrangement that has ever been placed there. She is truly interested in what her customers want. Pam is a keeper and deserves high recognition.

They do not have any respect for anyone including customers that have nut allergies. Not only have people collapsed at the door with allergies, but employees do not keep the knives separate and contaminates the fudge without nuts with a knife that previously cut fudge with nuts. So be careful if you have an allergy.

Really nice personality.i also purchased some pottery and Landon T another salesman help me load them into my SUV he was really nice and kind. Real friendly. Keep it up Landon! I'm always impressed with every visit to Ellis Pottery. There are so many beautiful decorations to choose from. Holiday decorations for every room in the house. The people that work there are warm and friendly, especially Laura who makes every shopping experience delightful.

Reminds me of when Red River Pottery was there. Haven't been back to Bossier in years so it was very nostalgic. It's bigger and has such a great variety of items, floral arrangements, and a huge live plant and tree area. Obviously, we highly recommend!

David was very helpful picking out mums and provided some suggestions on how to care for them.

Maggie in florals was a big help to us with our wreath shopping.
