Total scam!! Do not purchase gutters from them unless you have an extra couple thousand dollars that you want to throw away. We have a one story, average sized single family home and we were quoted over $8,000 for seamless gutters. “Lucky” for us though with various discounts & if we signed a contract right then and there, he could knock it down to $4,000. Ended up going with a local guy and getting seamless gutters for less than $2k and they look amazing. Please do not let them scam you.

$6800 for gutters is insane and such a scam. The guy quoting me started there and kept haggling like a car salesman when I kept insisting I was not wishing to purchase right now. Even the last offer of $2900 was too high. I should have caught all the red flags with how pushy he was and ability to drop the price by $4,000. They give a 30% discount if you buy same day, but that is not even close to a good price compared to others. Asked around, and this is by far the worst company to deal with. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they cancelled everything when I was about to finish signing the contract. They are not trustworthy. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. Gutters do not cost $3k+, and financing gutters with interest is ridiculous.

Best ever!! Salesman “Teale” knew the product well and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. He was able to save us so much money on the best gutters out there. I would recommend leaf filter to anyone!!!

I am going to start by saying that this review does not reflect in any way on the group of gentlemen that show up to my home to install the gutters on my home, they were very efficient and got the work done in a timely manner.
This 2 star review is because of the fact that my husband and I were promised a certain interest rate and monthly payment by the salesman Teal, who came to our home and provided us with an estimate. The first estimate was outrageous and we were both very disappointed and said no immediately. I explained that we are on a fixed income and that was almost triple the amount that I expected. After some negotiations, and many, many times of us saying no to his offers. Teal then made an offer that fit into our budget.....or so we thought.
My husband qualified for the financing. After he qualified, Teal changed the price we agreed to by $500, stating that the particular creditor requires a minimum amount financed, and we were $500 below the minimum.
That should have been my first clue.....we finally got an invoice from a creditors and it is for the gutters. However, the interest rate is way higher than what we agreed to AND the monthly payment is also higher than what our budget can sustain.
I never, NEVER received an invoice from them or a copy of the finance application/agreement. I have asked for these documents 4 (FOUR) times! Three times from Teal, our salesman, and once from customer service. If they cannot provide me with these documents, perhaps there is something amiss here. I am very disappointed and distraught over this situation.
We used this company because of their longevity and decent ratings on customer service. However, I am completely at a loss as to why they would treat someone like this, providing a customer with a receipt is standard in any retail transaction.
EDIT: It turns out that we never received a copy of the invoice from Leaffilter. We never signed off on the completion of work. Therefore, Leaffilter did NOT have our authorization to charge our line of credit. This means they knowingly committed a fraudulent act. We will be taking legal action if necessary.

Terrible experience with LeafFilter. The sales rep was unprofessional and gave misleading information, the installation was done incorrectly, and my gutters were clogged in less than a month. When I contacted customer service, I got nothing but excuses and delays. False advertising, horrible service, and a product that does not work. I have requested removal and a full refund. Avoid this company!

They came out and they put the Leaf Guard on but when they left, they forgot one small place. I called them and they’re out here right now fixing it. That’s what I call. Excellent service.
