DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I’ve never experienced such blatant dishonesty and incompetence. I initially contacted this company over a month ago to repair a mini split AC unit—during Louisiana summer heat, with a toddler in the house. They told me I needed electrical work done before they could continue. Fair enough—I immediately scheduled and completed that work with a licensed electrician.I called them back to inform them the electrical work was completed. They said someone would come out. No one did. I followed up again—still nothing. Then, out of nowhere, a completely unrelated electrician calls me saying the AC company owner, Scott, told him I hadn’t had the electrical work done yet and that he (Scott) had spoken to me about it. That never happened. It was a complete fabrication. I had already informed them—twice—that the work was done.
After expressing how unacceptable this was, they finally sent someone out. That technician determined a part needed to be ordered. Two more weeks passed. I followed up again—only to be told they never ordered the part because “Scott and I had spoken and decided not to order it.”
Another complete lie. That conversation never took place.I’ve now been stuck in 90+ degree heat for over a month, trying to get basic AC repairs done, and instead I’ve had to deal with repeated lies, delays, and negligence—all while caring for a small child in unsafe temperatures.
This company is either wildly disorganized or intentionally deceitful. Either way, do not trust them to service your home.
