The technicians walked right in. Never knocked. They were certainly friendly enough but I don't believe they did an accurate job or charged me an appropriate amount of freon. They were outside turning the tank upside down and shaking it like they were trying to get more out of it. When I asked how much it took he said "um let me see. Math was never my strong point." Then he paused while he was thinking about it and said "8 lbs yea 8 lbs: . Now my air wouldn't have been working at all if it were that low. It was 2 lbs low once and just kept freezing up. We couldn't even use it.
But I needed to get my house sold and had no choice but to accept it.
I wouldn't call you if I had another home. But thanks for the service call.

Tempco has been doing our AC checks for past few years. The technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and informative. I trust their expertise. I like that they show a picture of the problem, then a picture of the finished work. Tempco will continue to be our "Go to" company.

The time from call to service was almost non-existent, so timely The guys were so kind and well mannered and knowledgeable and they explained everything they did. So competent and did the job in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

Great experience from beginning to end. I got a call back the same day (within a hour or so) of me leaving a message regarding the service I needed. They were able to service my unit and repair my ducts in my attic very quickly and cost effectively. I was given a complete rundown of what was to be done and the time frame it would be done in. All personnel who work for this company are very nice, professional and helpful. Definitely would recommend this company and use them in the future!
