Very quick service! Riley and Ben were very informative and gave me several different pricing options for repair. Got the water heater replaced very quickly and efficiently. Absolutely love they send you notification that tech is on the way along with photo so you are safe in knowing who is in your home. Much appreciated in today's world. Travels outside of their service area with a minimum fee that is so affordable! Will definitely use them again the future

To start my experience, I love that this company sends me information and a picture of the technician arriving. Hagan arrived right at the start of the scheduled time and quickly got to work. During the process of checking my septic tank, not only was he friendly and professional, he also answered every question I had and even taught me a few things I didn't know about septic systems. I will for sure be using Mark Johnson in the future and recommending them to anyone I know.
