These two were more knowledgeable and so polite than this JERK at Whites Septic in Minden LA. About 1/8 of the price! They went above and beyond !!!!!

Scheduled several appointments for a repair, and he no showed every one. Will text and say "sorry, I will definitely be there tomorrow" & no show again. I finally gave up, definitely would not recommend.

I cant say enough about these guys. They had trouble finding my septic tank buried under hard clay. They didn't give up and after several hours of digging and prodding they pumped the tank and didn't charge anything extra. I paid extra because of their friendliness and effort in 95+ deg heat. Thanks guys! I can't recommend you enough!

I called J&J Septic last night at about 7:30 p.m. with our septic tank backing up, he was very friendly over the phone and was able to schedule to come to our house the very next morning. Him and his associate that was helping him were very nice and efficient. I never once feel like I was being taken advantage of, in fact Randy (the owner) gave my boyfriend some very useful advice for him to fix another problem himself without us having to pay for it. Overall I would highly recommend J&J Septic Pumping and Cleaning to anyone needing their service.

J & J Septic does excellent, thorough, and honest work. After being told by another local septic company that we needed a completely new septic system at the cost of almost $7,000, we decided to seek a second opinion. I called every single septic company listed in the surrounding area on Google, and decided to bring J & J to our property after he spent time with my husband and I on the phone explaining the pros and cons of our current system. The other septic companies I contacted didn’t want to spend the time explaining our system, but instead wanted to charge us for a site visit ($150-$250), and then would give us a recommendation.

J & J’s recommendation was straight forward and simple - pump out our tank and install a new filter. Our septic system is now functioning optimally, and they saved us thousands of dollars. This company is doing honest work in our area and we are thankful we went with them.

Jenn came out within hours of calling to fix my pump. Really impressed with the speed of repairs and knowledge of Jenn.

These guys took care of us when we needed it most! Our septic tank backed up. They were able to come out the same day, within a few hours, and pump it out. They also showed me how to address some other plumbing issues I was having. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. Also they have good prices and didn’t try to upsell me some extra stuff.

It is quite clear that Randy is very knowledgeable of what he does and his experience shows! From the first conversation over the phone he help set our minds at ease during a stressful and uncertain situation; he explained what he was doing and why - to help diagnose what our issue was, including digging up four feet of yard because our septic tank was below the ground lower then usual.

We had Mr. Rooter our the day before that charged over 400.00 to tell us we needed to have the septic tank dumped and that was why our sewer lines were clogged, and tried to sell us another pump for another 600.00 and additional misc charges that would put us at about 1000.00 more.

J&J looked at our old pump Mr. Rooter had replaced with their temporary pump, and tested it to see if maybe the wiring was bad. Sure enough, he rewired our pump and it worked, saving us hundreds of dollars right before Christmas!

They have earned our business for life!!

Amazing company! Very honest and nice! They are on the customers side! Had my septic pumped and he fixed my float switch wire he noticed wasn’t hooked up! He cleaned everything and around it! Thank you Randy!
