DO NOT USE!!!! They will come in to do half the job and send you a bill. They will NOT finish the job, they will NOT call you back. Worst customer service I have ever received.

We had our upstair water heater rupture on a Saturday evening. Allstate hired this company to come Monday. The one abatement member seemed to be diligent and work fine. Large portions of our sheetrock were removed or drilled into, baseboard and crown mouldings removed, damaged, or stapled into, and carpet sections cut or pulled away from the sub-floor. Testing was done each day in the obvious areas of damage. 2 problems arose from our interaction with this company:
1) The estimate they gave to Allstate was grossly under the amount a contractor could do the work for - DKI did not include the crown moulding that was stapled into, nor did they include the need to paint the whole ceiling, not just the spots that were discolored or the new sheet rock required.
2) Other water damage was missed and is now worse. When the member was on premises, we asked him to check in the crawl space to ensure there was not other water leakage. He refused. So, now seven weeks later, water has slowly worked its way into a moldy, mildewy mess across the upstairs landing and down into the wall and floor of our understairs closet and living room carpet. We still are dealing with Allstate because they have NEVER come up to see for themselves the damage and the repairs needed, but are ONLY going off of DKI's low, low estimate. So, we have been stuck with huge gaps in our ceiling, holes in our walls, and now ruined walls, subfloors, and mold and mildew in our house. And we have to have the claim re-re-adjusted because of the need for carpet to match upstairs and now be replaced downstairs. NEVER AGAIN using this company - OR Allstate.
