Did LG warranty work on my AC/Heater window unit. Very satisfied.

The absolute worst. Don't waste your money, or even your time. These guys take your money, promise to stand behind the work, and then never return phone calls or emails.

Very hard to get in touch with or communicate with. Seem very uninterested in communicating. Showed up late to perform repairs. Repaired one problem, but crated another. Then, they refused to repair the problems they created.

Sent a boy to my house with no signs on truck. He had no work shirt with who he is with. Van was old and junkie. Said he changed the part after five minutes said he was done. He did not change the part. Washer is still very broken, don’t use these guys!

Do not waste your time, with this company. This company were recommended by American Home Warranty. We had to keep calling David (Accurate A/C Appliance) who don't return calls. He & a coworker had an appointment to replace a hot water Heater, last Saturday. Never showed up & never called. This company has deep rooted problems. They got a one star, because David fixed the A/Ç, which took about 30 minutes.
