Called about two outlets in the bathroom that stopped working. Answering service said there was a $49 call out fee however, Travis would conduct an electrical evaluation of my home that would be included with the $49. I was thinking what a great value.

$506 later my two outlets in the bathroom are now working. It seems the culprit was a malfunctioning GFCI in the other bathroom.

Dam $$$$ to pay for a single GFCI! OH, they did leave me with an electrical evaluation of my home.

Never again! Be careful with this company!

Called to switch out 2 light switches to motion sensors. $300 and over 2 hours of my time later, I’m left with both lights needing to be redone. To add to injury, when I contacted the company to notify them of the issue, was promised they would correct the issue but was ghosted and had to fix it myself since my little girls didn’t have light in their bedroom. Will not be a returning customer.

Had one of the best service experiences ever with Travis' Electrical. Special thanks to Kyle, the electrician who fixed my issue. He called to confirm when he was leaving and would arrive and was extremely personable, way more than anyone else I've ever dealt with in any service industry. Fixed my issue, did a great job, and cared about keeping our house clean while doing it, including automatically putting on shoe covers before walking in our house. My issue is fixed and I now have an electrician for all future projects.
Also, Travis was very friendly over the phone, and his pricing is per diagnostic/repair, not hourly, which I prefer. So you know exactly what you're going to pay to find the issue, and how much it will cost to get it fixed. Prices were also very reasonable for what was done. All around excellent experience.

Upon their arrival, I knew immediately that Corey and Landon were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional electricians . Corey was very patient and listened intently about the electrical issues I was experiencing at my home and he and Landon didn’t stop working until the problem was completely resolved. Throughout the job, I was well informed by Corey about what they were doing to diagnose and fix the situation. Corey was very attentive to our concerns and made sure to explain what experiences were normal and what was abnormal as far as electrical concerns. He gave us plenty of options to explore moving forward, and explained the hazard level of all inspection elements. He did not pressure us to get more than we asked for but informed us on pricing for all concerns we talked about that day. This Company was recommended by my step Daughter. I called them up about my problem and straight away they said they can help me out. So an appointment was made for a service Engineer to come out the next Morning. Dead on time he arrived with his crew. Very polite and very professional. He explained what the problem was after doing a full inspection and explained that out outlets were in need of up dating. So it was agreed that the job had to be done and straight away they set about it. No waiting or rescheduling. This is the only company we will ever use from now on.

Travis and his Assistant showed up on time with shoe coverings. They were friendly, respectful, courteous and did a thorough diagnostic test on my electrical problem. He explained exactly what needed to be done and offered various solutions. No hard sells. Just the facts for me to choose from. They did a very professional job, took their time to do things right and I’ll say the peace of mind afterward was worth the price. Not cheap, but worth it. I’ll definitely use him again for further jobs I have in mind. I’m a very pleased customer.

The technician called ahead and arrived on time at my home. I needed an electrical switch repaired in my bathroom. It was out since Sunday; I called and made an appointment and the earliest available was Thursday, so I took it. Once he arrived, he introduced himself as Corey and asked about the issue.

Conclusion: I will probably use the company in the future, but now I know to expect to pay more than anticipated. I’ve googled all day about what I received and believe it’s a fair price. And Corey was incredibly professional, thorough, and most importantly: I felt comfortable with him being in my house for close to two hours.
