DJ was the technician that came out to help us. He was right on time, polite, pleasant and extremely professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave us suggestions that could help us avoid future AC issues. We have been looking for a reliable AC company, better yet, a reliable AC person, we can count on to steer us in the right direction when we have AC issues. I will request him by name from now on.

Zack Geiger was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are extremely satisfied with his work!! We highly recommend Dave Broussard A/C & Heating!!

Anyway,the fact that I made it a point to remember to say how appreciative we are of Chris B. attests to his incredible knowledge and helpfulness.
We had our regular Fall Maintenance last year performed by Chris B.and were so impressed with his thorough job.
He went above and beyond the call of duty to explain what was going on with our system right down to an amazing diagram. We have been using the services of Dave Broussard AC and Heating for years now and Service Pros like Chris B.
and the staff at Dave Broussard's are the reason we know we can always depend

Great Job!! Kent Richard serviced two of my HVAC units today and did the most thorough cleaning and inspection I have ever seen by an A/C tech. Both units are blowing much colder air since this service. Looking forward to requesting Kent for next scheduled service. Excellent customer service!

Called about air filters the pleasant lady took my order over the phone and gave me the price in an efficient manner. When I stopped by after work, my order was ready (and correct) and I was greeted in a very friendly manner. A nice bunch of people to do business with.

In the twenty years we have been in business, Daine is the BEST serviceman my company has ever experienced. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was personable and persistent in finding the issue with our air conditioner. If you ever have an air condition concern, consider calling Dave Broussard - their employees are second to none!

Made an unpleasant situation a pleasant experience. From Josh diagnosing the problem, Ryan determining what was needed for the install of a new system to Seth and Zack installing the system everything went smoothly and professionally. We are very satisfied with the service we received. Justin was very nice, friendly and professional and did an outstanding job cleaning our ductless mini split unit and also checking everything to make sure it was working properly. We are a very satisfied customer.

I've been doing business with Broussard A/C for 6 years and have no complaints at all. They've always been on time, even if that time was late, and done good work. I am one of those people who likes to know what's going on and every technician I've had was a solid communicator and explained what was going on and how it was supposed to work and what he was doing to sort it out. Even when it was time to completely replace both inside and outside AC/Heating units and all of the duct work everyone at Broussard A/C was helpful and guided us in to the right system for our home.

When someone from Dave's A/C enters my home they always clean their shoes or put booties on, are on time, polite, professional, and do a great job. Dave's employees are a great asset to the company. Joseph and Trent were great. Told me when they would be here and answered all my questions. They may have been dumb questions, but they never made me feel like they were. Very friendly and told everything they were doing to help. AND I have an A/C that now works! Would recommend Dave Broussard A/C and Heating.

This is one of the most professional company’s I have dealt with. Each division knows there jobs and all together it is a great job. Paul gives you an education on A/C so you can understand what is needed for your house. Joshua came to install the whole A/C and couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to talk and work with. He really knows his job and seems to enjoy his job and takes pride. on his ability. Having a project manager come to check on the job just added to the professionalism. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t think twice about it.

We called after hours and he came as quickly as he could. He knew what the problem was and fixed it in short order. He was happy to answer any questions and very professional. This was our first time to use them but will not hesitate to call again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dave Broussards team/ employees are fabulous. We have our contract with this company for yearly maintenance and they are always helpful and professional. We always feel safe having them in our home when work needs to be done. I would and have recommended them to other friends and family.

We searched for a while to find a professional organization that would install and service our planned split unit ac by Mitsubishi. We had received a recommendation from our builder for this type of unit and when we researched it on the web we were convinced it was the right solution for our garage to become our recreation room that we dreamed about. Daine came out and did a full system maintenance. He was very professional, and very thorough. Genuinely a good dude! He also let us know about the service of having a custom filter frame built and that would could order filters directly from them! Always timely, and always does quality work! I want to say thank you to Dave Broussard AC for sending out such a polite, well knowledgeable, and helpful employee (Chris). It had been years since I had my 2 AC units at my home cleaned. Since Chris came to my home and cleaned and serviced my units my electricity bill has gone down $50.00. I am now glad I took out the service agreement so my units will be checked twice a year. Great job Chris and thank you Dave Broussard for sending out such great knowledgeable and good employees (Chris). Also, your girls that answer the calls were very polite and helpful. What a way to go....

Service scheduled sooner than I was expecting. Justin was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything working in no time at all. Very pleased with the entire experience. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to others.

Seth and Wyatt finished changing out my mom’s A/C and all ductwork today, including adding two vents. They were efficient, professional and friendly even though it was really hot! They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside. Very pleased with the service!

Very courteous and professional, explained everything very well. Installed new ac system inside and out and removed old units....and did it pretty quickly . Everything's working perfectly ! We recently put in a brand new AC unit complete with duct work. Our technicians Seth and Zack were totally professional and very knowledgeable about the installation. They were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. Our AC is running wonderfully. And! The half of the house that was not getting much air is now as cool as the rest of the house. To say we are pleased is an understatement!
