Dave's always serviced my Air Conditioning system in my previous home! Never let me down! Always on time, always friendly , always thorough... Dave Broussard is always great to work with. The repairman, Kyle, that came out remembered working on our unit 3 years ago and was super nice. He figured out the issue quickly, explained the problem, and discussed all the costs with me upfront. He was polite and very considerate when walking through the house.

My technician was very professional life saving. He was on time an got the job done. Dylan was great service was amazing!!!!!! Very Happy Customer!!! Pricing was very responsible for the job he did😊

Wanted to leave a review. I do recommend this company. Special thanks to the install manager Ryan and his crew. Customer service A plus. We had bumps for years but compromised at the end. They all became family. I will miss Dave Broussard crew. Thank you all. Keep up the good work 👏

Dave Broussard A/C is the best! Paul did an excellent job getting us set up for a brand new unit! He was very informative and knowledgeable about the products offered and made sure that we got the best unit for our home! The process was quick and painless! Seth and Joshua were great! They were very helpful and they got to work quickly! They worked for two days and got our unit up and working in no time! They were very nice and respectful! All in all, I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a new unit or for A/C repairs. They are the best of the best! Thanks for your service and determination to get our unit in and working!

This is our second time we have installed an air conditioning unit in our home. We had many choices to choose from, but chose Dave Broussard's Company because we have had the best service and know we can depend on them in the future. The service team is very professional, fast, friendly and know how to work together:). I was very impressed with how everything was done in a timely manner. There was no wasted time and couldn't have been happier especially the second time installing our second unit. Michael(our consultant), is very professional with still having an easy-going spirit and was very honest with us about which unit would best fit our needs. He is one of the best. Jeremy and Chad were extremely knowledgeable and fast, friendly and courteous also. They finished the job the same day and with still an enthusiastic attitude and it seemed as though they had energy and time for us to spare. It was wonderful to see such a great team. Just wanted others to know how impressed I was this second go around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unit to be installed with prompt and professional service. I used Dave Broussard A/C based on the recommendation of the owner of the home I purchased. This same person told me she used Dave Broussard to install her new HVAC system in her new $$$ home. That is in itself great recommendation. From the very beginning the experience was excellent. Appointments were confirmed ahead of time for sales, service and followup visits. My sales representative, Micheal was very profession and gave me several options to consider when changing my heating system. The price I felt was reasonable. The service crew showed on time the two days it took to install the system. The crew was clean, professional and didn't waste time in doing their work. When the work was finished they cleaned the work area and came into the home to clean trash blown into the home when the system was started up. The operation of the system was explained to me before the crew left. Micheal visited me several days later to check the system and answer any questions I had. The office staff was very helpful in answering answering warranty and finance options . At this point I'm very pleased with Dave Broussard A/C and would recommend them highly.

I have an older house and replaced the furnace, ac, and ductwork with Dave Broussard. Joe and Anthony did a good job on the install. The drywall in my old house was brittle and cracked around the vents. They responded quickly to fix this problem and sent a repairman to plaster and paint. They also came back a few weeks later to make some adjustments for me like replace the vent covers and add another vent to the master bedroom. So far I'm very happy with the customer service and work performed. I would definitely recommend this company based on my own experience!

Zack from Dave Broussard arrived on time and worked diligently all day installing our new AC and heater. He put down drop cloths and even attempted to keep our cat out of the attic. He explained how the new thermostat worked, vacuumed up stray “attic droppings” and helped me install the app on my phone. Great service!

Serviced the day after we called. The young man was prompt, congenial and efficiently met our needs. Good explanations, too. We’ve been pleased with Dave’s performance for years.

Michael Guilbeau spend a lot of time with us & did an excellent job of explaining everything we were buying. Tax rebates, etc.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. First, when my A/C stopped working late Friday night, I had a technician arrive at my house within an hour of calling Saturday morning. He was polite and thorough in diagnosing the issue, and did all he could to get it up and running. Once he exhausted all options, we moved forward with a complete system replacement. Michael arrived on Monday morning and did a thorough evaluation of the existing conditions of my home, and put together multiple systems for consideration, and thoroughly explained the difference between all the options. This company makes Customer Service a top priority, which I appreciated very much. The Install crew showed up on time, and finished within the day, and were also very courteous and polite, and did a great job. I'd recommend Dave Broussard to anyone!

Always have valued my A/C maintenance contracts with Dave Broussard. I have two units that are not too old but certainly are used extensively in south LA. This is the second time this summer that one of my units has had problems due to our horrible summer heat this year. The office staff when I called in where efficient and made sure Mike got the dispatch. They informed when he was on the say and he showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem and went about correcting it. Not only did he fix what was wrong, but thoroughly explained the problem, the higher quality replacement part, including warranty that he would use and quickly got my main A/C unit back in operations. Thank you Mike and thank you Dave Broussard for continued excellent service and value.

Dylan came out and did our maintenance and service on our unit today that we have a service contract for. I have been a customer for over 10 years and he was the best technician that has been to our house. He was very good at what he does and documented everything he did, took pride in his work and left everything better than he found it.

I got home from work one Friday afternoon and it was 81 degrees in my house. I contacted Dave Broussard AC/Heating after hours and the dispatcher Angie was very detailed and so very nice and helpful. She had their technician Al come out first thing the Saturday morning to get me back up and running. He showed up and was extremely professional and efficient. He got me back up and running in no time. If you have any AC/Heating issues contact Dave Broussard’s AC/Heating. I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!! They are the BEST hands down!!!

Thanks, as always, for being so prompt when I need help. John was very friendly and knowledgeable- he did a great job fixing our duct in that very hot attic.

Seth and Zack were great. Called 30 minutes before arrival time, showed up right on time.They got straight to work, uninstalled the loaner unit they let us use and begun installing our new Lennox 18 seer unit and inside unit. Job was completed in a timely manner. Both gentleman were pleasant to talk to. Air is nice and cold along with being super quiet. Very pleased with our decision to go with Dave Broussard A/C & Heating, highly recommend.

Dave Broussard A/C & Heating came through on a holiday weekend and gave me great service and answered all of my much needed questions. I’ve tried calling multiple people to see if anyone was able to get someone to look at my issues but no one came through but Dave Broussard A/C answered and delivered very quickly! Will recommend to anyone who wants their A/C worked on quickly and efficiently!

Service was prompt and the price was reasonable. Andrew, Parker and Angie were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I never knew AC repair could be a pleasant experience!
