The technician was pretty helpful and diagnosed the leak from my washing machine. My issue is with their billing practices. I specifically asked when I called to schedule the appointment what their labor fee was. I was told there was a $75 flat fee for coming out, and no additional labor would be charged unless it was a "longer project". I need a seal replaced on my washing machine. The bill included both the $75 charge and $91 in labor charges. I called to express my frustration about and was told that they had told me the labor charge. That is NOT true. Do not recommend!
