I would recommend using them for small or large jobs. They were professional and friendly. They got to the job on time, confirmed with me the work that was to be done and went straight to work. They were organized and cleaned up after themself. Communicated with me on everything they completed. They made sure I was satisfied with the job and the prices were great!!!!

When I first called and spoke with Ryan about installing security cameras on my house, to the time the two technicians came out, it was such an easy and affordable experience. They were awesome and the guys were very knowledgeable when helping me decide where I wanted my cameras placed! The owner Ryan was very responsive to our questions and was able to fit the installation of our Tesla Charger into our schedule. The installation technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Empire!

Terrible doesn’t pay bills defaults on everything he’s got. 0-10 if I could leave 0 stars I would. Would not go into business with this “man”

Scheduled work to be done, but they didn't show up. When I called to ask if I was still on the schedule, they essentially accused me of lying and told me my work was never scheduled. This is after their scheduler called me and verified the appointment earlier in the week.

This company will not pay its bills. We own short term rentals that Empire rents from us. Initially they were great we got payment from them on time. Then checks started to bounce and we have continued to try and keep this relationship cordial offering different ways to pay and on different intervals to help out. Now they have completely stopped answering phone calls and owe us a significant sum of money. Do not do business with companies who do not pay their vendors.
