After Hurricane Ida we had a safety light pole knocked down leaving exposed live wires. Empire Electric responded promptly (the same day) to our phone call and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and safely disconnect the live wires. We will definitely be using them again for other wiring installation needs in the future.

Scheduled work to be done, but they didn't show up. When I called to ask if I was still on the schedule, they essentially accused me of lying and told me my work was never scheduled. This is after their scheduler called me and verified the appointment earlier in the week.
