Their service is very poor. I hired them to service and fix my unit but my home was not getting cool. So I had to hire another company to fix what I had paid Dubach Air & Heat to fix.

We have been pleased with their service. They are some great christian people and care about their customers. Highly recommend them.

Service guy was at our house with an hour or so.. very knowledgeable and friendly. Work was complete and A/C cooling in 45 minutes. Could not beat the price or service.A+********.

I am very disappointed with the communication....meaning there has been no communication! My 99 yr old Dad has been waiting for answers about some parts that may or may not have been ordered for his heating unit! Everytime I call this company to ask about the parts, I am told that some one would call me back and I am still waiting for that call and it's been approximately two weeks!!!!

They are awesome people! Known them for years, can't find better! You call and its not long til a friendly tech shows up and fixes the problem! Always polite and of course I carry on a conversation lol! Love me some Mel and Jay!

They were very professional and sent someone out within a few hours of the initial call. Mark did a great job with the repair. We're very satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend them.

They're friendly & professional. They do a thorough job. Easy to schedule. I didn't have to block out my whole morning or afternoon to wait for technician to arrive as they gave me a 2 hr window & arrived within it.

I called on behalf of our church. Dubach air and heat came out Asap gave us our best option ordered our new unit and installed it as soon as it came in we had air for Sunday services almost overnight. Great service very professional and we were treated like family.

We've used Dubach Air & Heat Inc for at least 10 years (that I can remember) but possibly longer. They have always gone above and beyond with their technical abilities and customer care. I can't say enough good things about this company and staff!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Our unit was 28 years old and Jay kept it working for 4 years after it should have been replaced. When we finally decided to replace the unit I got estimates from 3 companies. Dubach Air and Heat’s estimate was less than 1/2 the price of the highest bidder.. The crew worked overtime to get us air conditioning in one day and came back two different days to check it out and to clean out all the ducts. Even though the duct cleaning was extra, we were not charged for it.
The work crew was efficient and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Dubach Air and Heat.

We have received nothing but great service from Dubach Air & Heat. They have always handled things as quickly as possible. Everyone has always been courteous and professional. We don't plan on using anyone else.

I bought a home with an old ac I knew would go out soon. It did and needed a new unit. Jay was 3200 dollars less than others I had quote. I needed a new compressor and blower, whole new system. They installed a 4 ton because it was thought to be sized correctly, and we thought was more than sufficient, maybe oversized.

It ended up not cooling sufficiently. Jay and crew did some checking to make sure was operating correctly. It was just undersized.

This is what separates them from others, and how you know Jay and company go beyond the motto “Your comfort is our business.” Talked with Jay, and he CHANGED OUT THE UNIT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

I cannot tell you how rare this is for service industry, after dealing with different companies over the years. Just shows they care about the work they do, and have your back. I cannot express enough gratitude and thanks to Jay for treating me right. In a weird way, actually enjoyed the process more, seeing people treat people right. I don’t know of another company I can say this about.

His guys in addition are kind, courteous, professional. Keli let’s you know when they are scheduled to come. The tech calls when she says he will, to say he is on his way. They are unobtrusive and don’t loiter around, get the job done. They listen, and are responsive.
