Our home was uncomfortably hot. Aaron from AccuTemp came, diagnosed the problem, explained what he was doing and why, was professional, and really helpful. We will have a cool evening and greatly appreciate the high level of service we received. Thank you very much for today.

Andrew is so knowledgeable about my old HVAC!

My girlfriend had electrical work done on her house on January 9th, 2025. It is now January 28th, 2025 and she has not been in her house since the 9th, and it is all because Accutemp worked on my house ILLEGALLY without a permit, and are now trying to backtrack and pass the blame on the permit office. They have offered nothing to make this right, and we will most likely be opening up litigation against this company once this is settled. If you value your money, and your home, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER use any Accutemp services in New Orleans. We have had to call the permit office ourselves to get answers that the company should have. Do not waste your time or money with people who don’t think it’s a priority for their customers who spend THOUSANDS of dollars with them to have electricity for their home.

Victor was very knowledgeable and did fantastic work. He explained all the options, didn’t pressure me into anything explained everything thoroughly I would highly recommend ACCUTEMP because of Victor. I would say prices need to be re-evaluated as they are a little high compared to competitors.

Jeff was great. He was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and he took special care to explain what he was doing every step of the way. Very pleased with the service and overall result.

D’Vante was very nice and polite. He showed us what our problem was and fixed it and checked our other bathroom fixture to make sure it was safe. We were very pleased with the service he provided. Thank you!

Abercrombie handled our very complicated mess with great customer service and knowledge. He was able to explain what was happening and he was courtesy and efficient. We would recommend his services to any of our friends.

Cody Hayes worked very hard to find the sewer problem in my backyard. He was considerate and well mannered as was his helper Adam. Cody repaired the gate after the job. Dylan Hood was the service tech that responded to my HVAC problem. He arrived on time and diagnosed my problem quickly. He made the necessary repairs very quickly and then educated me on things I should do to prevent the same thing from happening again. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I will request Dylan again the next time I need service.

Daniel arrived on time, and we looked at what was involved in the work I needed done. He determined the coast and we agreed on what should be completed today. He completed these jobs in a timely manner, and did an excellent job. He is also very pleasant and easy to get along with.

Charles Frank did an incredible job diagnosing the problem with our AC unit and communicated with us throughout the service visit. He let us know our options, ways to avoid this in the future and let me ask plenty of questions along the way. I highly recommend him for any service in the future.

Today was my first time using AccuTemp Services. Rodney installed my new hot water heater. He was very professional, courteous and worked very efficiently. When he finished there was no clean up required by me. He did everything and left the installation area cleaner from what it had been when he arrived!!!
