I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer thanks to Jeffery, our technician. He was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. Jeffery took the time to explain the cleaning process and made sure everything was done thoroughly and with care. Our carpets look and smell amazing—like new again! You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend asking for Jeffery if you want top-notch service

I am so excited about the results! My couches and area rug were in dire need of cleaning. I wasn’t even sure the stains could be removed. But, they look amazing now. The color in my area rug is bright red again! 10O% satisfied with the customer service, professionalism, and the cleaning results! And they were in and out in less than 40 minutes!! Highly recommend these guys and will call them when I’m ready for grout cleaning!

Toby was very respectful, patient and friendly. showed me before and after pictures. I would like a copy of those photos since management might consider reimbursing me since the maintenance tech at these apartments claim they had cleaned the carpet. I like the remarkable difference in appearance and the odorizer which Toby said will fade over time. Toby and his assistant moved my personal belongings for me without complaining. I've never had any complaints about Stanley Steemer over the years and I don't have any with apartment #37 at Allen Court Apartments.

Very Professional. Explained the whole process and got to work. I could have not asked for more. My floors are beautiful. The care of sealing the grout was very tedious and they were on it. Coming from a military background, Stanley Steamer should be proud to have these guys as employees!! Job well done!!! My grout went from black back to light grey!! So happy!!
