The gentlemen that came to do the work, showed up early, which was awesome that I did have to wait all afternoon for them. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, respectful of our home & furniture. They were done faster than I expected & my carpets look & smell wonderful.

I contracted Stanley Steemer to clean out the lint build up in my dryer vent piping. If you have this problem I recommend that you call Stanley Steemer and request that they send Blaze and Ed to perform the vent cleaning service. Great Job Gentlemen!

Toby and Purnell were very professional. The process was explained in detail to me. I appreciated the tips that were provided to continue to maintain clean air throughout my home. I booked one room online because I wanted the nursery’s carpet cleaned before the baby got here. I didn’t fully understand the ‘minimum’ amount until Brandon explained it to me. He offered to clean another room, which only added $6 to the overall total. I’m so glad he did! He was very professional and helpful with this whole process (I’d never had carpets professionally cleaned before). I’m so glad he explained everything in details. Highly recommend.

We just had a great experience with Toby from Stanley Steemer at my Father’s home today!
We had an inspection and then all of the ducts that were connected to two different HVAC’s were cleaned and sanitized. This team was very polite, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be requesting them back in the future.

Super friendly guys, Kyle and Randall. They explained everything really well. They did a great job. They are super efficient and gave great maintenance tips too. They cleaned and deodorized my couches (that smelled like dog).

Keith and company sent me a text with the time that would be here and arrived right on time. We had already moved the furniture and vacuumed somewhere they arrived they got to work immediately. Both were very professional and got the work done very quickly. Stanley Steemer always does a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

The communication to set up the appointment was fine. I made clear that I needed to travel to the site to meet the techs and would require 30 minutes to get there. They gave me a window of 8-12. The only communication that I received during these 4 hours was when I called Stanley Steemer and when I received a 20 minute heads up shortly before noon. (I had incorrectly assumed that the work would take place within this window.) Finally two techs arrived a few minutes before noon. The first thing the lead tech did upon arrival is to walk through the house and add fees for extra spaces. It was after noon by the time we agreed on the work that was to be done. Given that it was so late, I let them run my credit card and left. I received an invoice via email at 2:10 pm indicating that the two techs worked for about 2 hours. The total fee was over $700. It looked like they made a quick pass through all the spaces without putting any extra effort into problematic areas. I can't imagine how this fee can be justified for the work that was done. No one followed up to see if I was satisfied with the job. The techs were very nice, especially Ed, I just question the value for the work performed. I selected SS based on reviews by others. Next time I will get more than one quote.

Nathan and Joshua arrived shortly after alerting me that they were on their way. They were polite and nice. I was especially grateful that they took such great care in making sure that they were able to clean my upholstered items without them bleeding their colors or hurting the down fill. They worked quietly and very hard and I’m pleased with the outcome of their job!

The technicians that came to the house to clean my sofa were on time and very efficient with their work. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After completing their work the sofa is damp (as expected) but it looks like they did a wonderful job. I'm sure I'll be totally pleased once the sofa is completely dry. I was very impressed with them! I will definitely use their services in the future.
