Replaced tankless hot water heater in February. After not having hot water for a week, i was greatful that he agreed to come late one afternoon. He was able to get the heater operational but had to leave exposed wires and uninsulated water lines because it got dark. He promised he would come back to finish the job tbe next day. After a week, I started calling him. I called him several times, no more than once a week, asking when he was going to finish the job. I was always polite and never pushy. He always promised he would come by the next day but never did. Eventually he stopped taking or returning my calls. I had to get someone else to finish the job. At this point I am not sure if my new water heater has a warranty.

Literally almost died just now while one of your trucks cut me off at 95 miles an hour on I-10 west bound in Baton Rouge. With the company label on the vehicle. And in reading the reviews, it seems like you have an issue. Who would use this company when they act this way?

I'm so excited to say my cracked t pipe is fixed and I can use my bathroom again!! Thanks to Billy Neck he's a life saver! He's knowledgeable and very kind and respectful. In a time of total embarrassment when sewer was backed up in my tub and shower he came out at 9pm tonight to fix this nasty situation! I'm grateful for him and his partner (bad with names) May God bless you both!!!

Best place around to get all your plumbing needs an service!

Tried to get LaFleur Plumbing to take a look at a job that they completed four years ago and could not get anyone to take interest in the project. We were not asking them for any type of warranty work, we just wanted them to come out since they originally changed out the sewer pipes. Couldn’t get anyone to return our phone calls then we finally got a text saying they weren’t interested in the job for us to find another plumber. We spoke with the owner thinking he would want our business but again no return phone calls stay away from this company. Apparently They don’t want the work.

This is not a bad company, it’s just not a good one either. If you know nothing about construction and have no concern for details like loose fittings, crooked and broken gas regulators, scratched floors, damaged cabinets, drink cans left all over the place and oblivious office personnel then give them a call. They are completely adequate- not proficient but at least they’re cheap and you get what you pay for.

Something flew off of one of their trucks and cracked my windshield. I've called multiple times, left messages with the receptionist and on their voicemail. I still have not received a call back.
