Best place around to get all your plumbing needs an service!

Tried to get LaFleur Plumbing to take a look at a job that they completed four years ago and could not get anyone to take interest in the project. We were not asking them for any type of warranty work, we just wanted them to come out since they originally changed out the sewer pipes. Couldn’t get anyone to return our phone calls then we finally got a text saying they weren’t interested in the job for us to find another plumber. We spoke with the owner thinking he would want our business but again no return phone calls stay away from this company. Apparently They don’t want the work.

This is not a bad company, it’s just not a good one either. If you know nothing about construction and have no concern for details like loose fittings, crooked and broken gas regulators, scratched floors, damaged cabinets, drink cans left all over the place and oblivious office personnel then give them a call. They are completely adequate- not proficient but at least they’re cheap and you get what you pay for.

Something flew off of one of their trucks and cracked my windshield. I've called multiple times, left messages with the receptionist and on their voicemail. I still have not received a call back.

Owner was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed, the job was performed to great expectations!

Update from 5/1/2020 Another perfect 10! Over the past two weeks they came out and fixed a major leak, finishing the work in well under the proposed time, and replaced my kitchen sink plumbing! The spare fixture I had as a replacement for the kitchen sink was too old to be functional and they told me exactly what to buy and how to replace it properly!
This is now the only plumber I'll EVER call. THANK YOU!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I can not say enough good about these guys! They are amazing! I called after cracking the whole faucet off leaving us without water and they were over in a matter of an hour and a half and had it fixed! I will highly recommend to anyone and I will never call anyone else for any plumbing issues again!

I called Baton Rouge plumbing and spoke to John. He was very professional has wonderful customer service. He assured me that they can handle the job quickly and the correct way. John and his team showed up at my house on time, and looked at the job and assured me that job could be completed in the same day. They saved couple thousand dollars than one of the competitors. I especially loved that they kept me updated on the job which was reassuring to me. Also this company is very friendly to military veterans. I would highly recommend strongly to anybody to use this company due to their honesty and integrity to their customer. I would like to thank this company for helping me out. This company was below several other major companies that I talked too.

Mike was super lovely he diagnosed and fixed the problem. It took 5 minutes. It’s a fee just for him to come and then additional fee for repairs but you know what that’s completely fair. People should respect trade personnel so what if it’s done quick !! It was a Saturday and it’s a holiday weekend!!!

I’ve been using alpha air over 12 years. Mr. Mike And Miss Linda are wonderful. Due to a rare medical condition my body does not regulate temperature internally or externally so an air conditioner is absolutely imperative for my survival literally. Every time I’ve called Mike is on the spot and does a wonderful job. The storm last Friday fried my control board and a switch. I think it took him two hours and now I have air conditioner again. Never once have they told me “do you need a brand new air conditioning unit“. Mentioning no company name but that’s what I was told when I used a different company where I previously lived. Unless they retire I will use no one else ever!!! Very kind and empathetic owners.

I was able to get an appointment very fast for a tenant's last minute emergency. Mike showed up on time, worked quickly, and left the property in great condition.

I called Mr Mike about my 15 year old home ac not blowing cold at 1:15pm. I had a new ac condenser installed and running by 4pm! Friendly service, knowledgeable and fair pricing!

Excellent customer service. Mike took all the time needed to explain pros and cons of each unit, helping us make the best financial decision for what we’re getting. I would recommend alpha air to anyone with A/C or heat needs.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. ordered 2 x 3T tube ice machines. late delivery and been working on it for 8 days to get it running and still nothing. and no help from manufacturer
