I just recently purchased a property and tunnel vision did my video inspection three times they were always late didn't do a good job, now I move in the house I can't wash, bathe or used my toilet I need to no how they did three video and didn't see that the main drain is blocked my husband and I snake it a little and we get some stuff out it we have to and they did catch that in three video we still can't used the bathroom or anything in the house u will post pictures

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
Dean and Felix showed up on time (actually early which was a great surprise) and got right to work. They were both extremely professional, polite and pleasant. They had to get under my house in a tight space and crawl all the way over to the other side of the house to reach the pipes.
They were able to do so with ease and an upbeat attitude about the entire process. They were also very nice to my 3 dogs who were extremely interested in them. They completed a thorough inspection, video documentation and report for the buyer of the house and the realtor. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Tunnel Vision Video Inspections. I HIGHLY recommend this company and Felix and Dean!

Bought our house in December, moved in mid January. Had Tunnel Vision out on the same day as our home inspection in mid December. They claimed everything looked to be in good shape and supplied my realtor with a thumb drive. I've noticed a sunken area in our front yard since we first saw the house. Come to find out, after spending $800 in plumbing fees and not being able to use any restroom in our house for days, there's a broken pipe under that developing sinkhole and Tunnel Vision didn't catch it. Plumber tells me that they should've noticed the sunken ground and paid more attention to that area. Get a real plumber to video your drains.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. The service was disorganized, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the overall experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I expected better and won’t be returning.

Requested video inspection in October 2025. Advised looked ok but needed Hydro Jet at $400 more cost to confirm. In January 2026 after extensive plumber use of drain auger we learned that a bend in the pipe was near totally clogged by wipes and soap scum. We’ve NEVER used wipes. It’s as though the hydro jetting did not work, wasn’t done at all, or was not completely or properly done. Either way, I feel scammed.
