Recently returning to the area and purchasing 28 acres in north Covington, we wanted to create an outdoor space that reflected our love of the outdoors in a natural environment. Roussel Outdoors LLC has handled my yard maintenance work for years and have also helped with solving some drainage issues. Any time we want to spruce up the yard, add color to the garden, or my wife comes up with a special project, Roussel Outdoors has been there! We refer them to as many people that will listen and we will continue to help get there name out there because of the confidence we have that they will provide the same exceptional and professional service they provided to us.

Jason and I had a great meeting. We came up with a game plan and he was going to get back to me with a quote. Days, weeks and over a month went by. I emailed, called and even spoke to the guy who regularly answers the phone. He seemed embarrassed and frustrated that Jason refused to call or email me back (multiple times) with any communication what so ever. If he didn’t want to do the job, that could have easily been communicated. I believe he couldn’t get the pricing on one of the plants so that led him to completely ignore me from that point forward. I’m blown away that this company (Jason) couldn’t even provide the bare minimum, customer service and communication.

My garden had not been kept up for a very long time and with the snow this year it was just awful. Roussel Outdoors transformed our garden from sad to beautiful! The crew was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Roussel Outdoors . Thanks Roussel Outdoors.

After the snowfall this year some of our plants did not make it, so I met with Jason explained to him what style I was going for and he nailed it! He also recommended changing a few things and it looks great. I recommend Roussel Outdoors to anyone who is looking to landscape their yard.

We had initially had a decent experience - but recently the work has been poor. Case in point we asked them to trim the bottom of our palm tree. They somehow decided to cut all of the fronds off. We have called and left messages with no response. It was a beautiful showcase of our backyard which now looks …. Bizarre.

Roussel Outdoor did our backyard drainage project because our backyard looked like a lake every time it rained. We are thrilled with how well our project turned out! Entire project went smoothly from estimate to final product. Crew worked hard and did everything just like they said they would and to our specifications. They did new sod and spruced up front beds. Everything looks great! I would recommend Roussel Outdoor to anyone!
