I called first thing on a Monday morning and they were at my house for 9am. They were very prompt and cleaned up after themselves. The office personnel are very polite and I received great service. I will be using their services again.

Mudbug plumbing was terrific! I had two emergencies and they came out right away. The second job was a big job and they managed to dig up the yard where needed and everything was cleaned up and taken care of. Thanks guys!

Mudbug came to our rescue! We had water leaking from second floor to downstairs late on a Friday. Called several plumbers and soonest anyone said they would come was Monday.

John from Mudbug came out that night in high winds from Hurricane Delta to repair the leak. He was wonderful and very thorough. Found the leak right away and repaired it.

We had a major sewage issue at our home that we frequently rent out as a short term rental. The folks at Mr. Mudbug were so awesome at diagnosing the issue, then fixing the major problem. We had to have a good portion of our driveway dug out to replace our failing clay pipe sewage line. They were able to come out the very next day, dig up the bad pipe / replace / and refill and repair everything perfectly in such a short time (which was critical to me as I had new guests arriving a few days later). I can't thank them enough. This is not the first time I've used them either, as they have fixed various leaks and issues at the house over the past few years, and I'm always impressed with their professionalism, timelines, and the quality of their work.

I. Called Mudbugs on Thurs. Morning about leaks on my toliet. The lady had the guy. Jeremy come out the same day. He was here by 3pm looked over the issues and went to store bought the new one & installed it all in 2 hours . Jeremy did great job the price was fair and I will be calling again when I have jobs to be done , thanks Mudbugs for the well done work.

I Called Mudbugs due to a pipe leak under the house. They were the most professional and friendly company I have ever worked with. They treated me with respect and informed me of everything that was going on and what they were going to do. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing work.

This was my third plumbing job with Mr. Mudbug, and they are always my first and only call! Jonathan was able to get into a tight crawlspace and assess and fix my tub drain issue quickly. Their technicians are always friendly and professional, and I find the pricing to be just right, considering the skill and risk involved! I'll be calling them again when I'm ready to upgrade to a tankless hot water heater!

highly recommend. Mudbug came and repaired my actively leaking water main at the base of my house. Called a few other businesses in the area, they were all booked out for a full week. Bill from Mudbug came out within an hour of me reaching out. He replaced the leaky pipe on the spot, cleaned up the surrounding area. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. We had the hot water jet rodding service done. Aaron was quick and professional. Due to the weather and traffic, it put him behind schedule. Aaron called immediately and explained the situation. I will recommend their services.

The plumbers came out quickly to fix our toilet. It was fixed within minutes of their arrival. I was surprised at the cost, considering they were only here for about five minutes. However, I do understand there is a minimal charge for plumbing services.

Rude people on the phone, incompetent and overcharge. Did not correct the problem I hired them to do and wanted to charge more to fix it. AGAIN. Sent a complaint letter to the owner 3 weeks ago and no answer.

EXTORTIONIST - On Nov 21, 2016, Mudbug Plumbing and Repair, Inc charged me for a job, I believed was completed 2 years ago, but the owner Daniel Bolner, Jr, charged me $655.00 dollars not to pull the permit from the water company, which he later did and then attempted to charge me an additional $895.00 for which he could not tell me WHY. Now I am in search of a new plumber because of the extortionist tactics of the owner Daniel Bolner, Jr.
