Wonderful and hardworking crew! We had serious water pooling underneath our home and porch and flooding in our garage after minor rain. The back breaking work they did to install the appropriate drainage has paid off. Two weeks of on and off again rain and we are happy to report no more water in our garage and no more water pooling underneath our home.

We had Mendez Landscaping install a drain extension in our front yard & we were so impressed with their work/professionalism that we decided to hire them for the BIG job that was our backyard, specifically the lack of drainage which caused our patio to hold water everytime it rained. They installed a new French drain system that went to the front and they did some really beautiful landscaping. Our yard is now WAY more usable and we are so excited to start using it more. A couple of weeks ago I had a FaceTime conversation with Rolando Mendez re an area of my yard I was unable to deal with. Rolando virtually sent me a landscape design and estimate which I accepted. I hired these guys because I heard great things. After the evaluation I knew they knew their stuff! I had done tons of online research and could tell they were the crew I wanted to hire. After completing I could tell that installation of the drainage system was professionally done. This is NOT SOMETHING you want to do your self because getting the proper slope is key. Everything they did was very clean and neat. The crew was friendly and calm. Great guys to have on your property. Looking forward to fire projects with them. Mr. Mendez from the beginning was very informative and thorough with all recommendations that was best for our drainage system, leveling, stump removal & adding sod to our back yard. He also followed up with us a few times being that we had the estimate several months prior which we greatly appreciated. He and his workers have worked very hard for several days and kept us updated through the installation process to ensure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied.
