Over charging people taking advantage of customers who don’t know anything

They came in removed and replaced the pipe in one hour.

They responded quickly and solved my problem .what more can I say

They cancelled 3 times....figured that was enough over a 2 week period.

The man was rude and ignoring me when I was talking to him. They want you to pay the total amount before the service was complete!!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company! They don't show up and they cancel your appointment at the last minute! Steer clear, steer clear. steer clear!

Horrible!!!! Do not trust this company. They were responsible for causing damage, and refused to repair the damage. They would not answer the phone when called to discuss the issue, and was only able to get them on the phone when called from a different number.

I googled plumbers to come out and give me quote. Owner says I am not interested in that "round robin because I don't have to". I hope you make the right choice. Pretty rude and bad business. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to give your money to this guy.

This company came out and solved my plumbing issue very quickly. Gave me honest and great pricing. I would most definitely recommend them and I will be using them every time in the future for all my plumbing issues that may occur.

The plumber Joel was professional and prompt. The owner was rude and condescending when I called the next day to express a concern with the Job performed. Never was I rude or doubted Mr. Joel's experience. As a business owner you have the luxury of not putting up with rude customers.However I was not even an ounce of rude, I was just calling because the at the end, the leak was not fix! I wanted them to come back out! Poor customer service.

I would highly recommend Mister Plumber, LLC. They did an outstanding job fixing the seal on my toilet. I am very pleased with the service provided. The technicians were efficient, wore masks and cleaned up when they were done.

Mister Plumber is dishonest!!! We called our home warranty service, since we had a stoppage in our kitchen drain. Mister Plumber is the plumbing company, who was sent out to clear the stoppage. When the plumber arrived, he discovereed that our pea trap was leaking and the nut had to be tightened. After that, he proceeded to check for stoppage and found one and started to clear it. At that point, the lady from his office contacted him and wanted to know what was going on. He informed her that there was a stoppage and he was clearing it. She told him to stop what he was doing, since it was not covered. I contacted the home warranty company to find out what was going on and they wanted to talk to the plumber. The plumber refused to talk to my home warranty company and told me that they would have to contact his office. I talked to the lady at his office who was rather ugly and told me that she has been dealing with my home warranty company for over 10 yrs and know what is and isn't covered. But to put my mind at ease, she would call them to confirm, which she did and told me that they said it WAS NOT covered. Which was a lie. We had to pay an extra $125.00 to have them finish unclogging our kitchen drain. I contacted our home warranty company this morning to talk to a supervisor and complain to her about how they were suppose to cover stoppages. She looked up the conversation the lady from Mister Plumber had with their company yesterday and found out that she was told that they told her that it WAS infact covered. So Mister Plumber lied to me, so they can get paid extra money. Beware of them. FYI, I filed a complaint with the BBB and also apparently, I am not the only one, who has filed a complaint with the BBB. So avoid them as much as possible.

We received very prompt and on time service for our water heater replacement. When a separate problem arose the same day they were coming, they called the office and worked out staying an extra couple of hours until all issues were resolved. The pricing seemed comparable to others and the job was done amazingly.

My insurance company sent these folks to my house to check on a leak. The tech was nice enough and said he had to gain entry to the ceiling to figure out which pipe was leaking. I told him that was fine but I wanted to check my coverage with the insurance company. Well, he left indicating he didn't have time to wait and Mister Plumber FALSELY filed with the insurance company that my ceiling was made of wood. Luckily, a second company was dispatched and it will be cleared up. Do NOT do business with this company.

WOW! They are THE BEST! I called with the A/C line backing up into my sink and overflowing!! Mister Plumber dispatched a truck very quickly - it was a Friday and I really needed my A/C for the weekend! The saved me!
The owner (David) and his colleague arrived and went to work! They didn't stop until they fixed the clog and we now have A/C and NO more drain issues! THEY ARE SUPER PROFESSIONAL, NEAT AND HONEST! If I could give them 10 stars - I would! Thanks Mr. David! and the entire team! I HIGHLY recommend Mister Plumber! (EXCELLENT from the lady who answers the phone to the team that came out) They care and know what they are doing! We are blessed to have Mister Plumber available!

Excellent service best in the West Bank area!
