I can’t say enough about Ron’s A/C. They are the best when it comes to customer services and products. I rate them excellent in my book.

Anthony was great at cleaning my AC unit.
He was knowledgeable and professional.

I had a unit that was uninstalled by a licensed ac man. Ron came out and gave me a quote of $1000 dollars to run the copper tubing, hook up the wires, thermostat and make sure it ran probably.
The invoice ended up being $1,440 dollars. After he welded the copper tubing, he and I was in the house by the inside unit and his helper was outside getting the gauges, tools ready and he must have released the freon out of the compressor because I could here it flowing through the copper tubing into the unit in the house.
When the tech was finished inside he went out side and done a vacuum on the unit and then tells me there is no freon in the unit and it must have leaked out. He added some freon to the unit and after he was done I asked him how much it took and he said that he put 5lbs out of the first bottle and 7lbs out the second bottle, that's a total of 12lbs to me.
Well when I recived the invoice he charged me for 15lbs of freon and I talked with another AC tech and he told me if there was no freon in the compressor when the helper first opened the valves I wouldn't have heard anything going onto the inside the house and he should have done the vacuum before opening the valves on the compressor.
So I was charged for freon that was there fault it leaked out and also 3lbs more then he told me.
That make me think of what do they do to elderly people that not able to watch what they are doing and being charged for.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...........

Our technician Lalem, was very professional, friendly and courteous. Came to Youngsville, the same day to fix our AC unit. As soon as he turned on our A/C unit he knew exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend Ron’s Heating and Air Conditioner to everyone!!!

I use Ron's for my office and for my home. They are always quick to respond and the entire staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable. I could not ask for better customer service. On the last service call we had at the office, Kalem took the time to explain everything as he was troubleshooting and repairing the unit. He got everything cleaned up and repaired in less than 2 hours. I also used them to rebuild the entire HVAC system for the downstairs of our office. The work done was stellar. We will be a customer for life. I highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely the best. I am happy with all the technicians. I bought the complete Central AC and heater; couldn't be happier. The woman that usually answers the phone (Ron Jr 🙂) not only takes care of business but very nice to talk to.
