Landscape image installed my lighting a couple of years ago, and recently we encountered a little problem. When I called to informed them of the issue, they were able to come out almost immediately to troubleshoot it. When the problem couldn't be resolved that same day, they returned a few days later to successfully fix it. I can attest to their reliability. I am very happy with how professionally they handled everything.

I have a very large urban yard and I really needed help getting it cleaned up. Kim came out, reviewed with me my needs, and later sent two very personable co workers who spent a full day trimming, weeding, and fertilizing. Now it looks great and I can enjoy my yard again.

Landscape Images recently did an extensive renovation of our front and rear gardens. The design and construction teams were fantastic. We liked them so much they now do all the maintenance.

Our backyard was just grass and a fence. A blank canvas. Kim and her team designed a magical, tropical oasis that immediately seemed like it had been there for years. We now have lots of trees and plants that are easy to maintain and we have a few raised corten beds that we're using for an edible garden. The Landscape Images team was friendly, accommodating, and unbelievably efficient throughout the installation. We couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!!

An artist in landscape design, Marianne Mumsford transformed our small uptown backyard into a unique delight. After half a dozen disappointing meetings with landscape architects and landscapers who recommended denuding the yard of existing vegetation and filling it with uniform boring layers of new plants, Marianne sketched a beautiful design of existing trees and shrubs with new plants and a lovely meandering walking path to allow our Great Dane to run off her energy without damage to the yard! Landscape Images exceeded all expectations in understanding and meeting our needs and wishes for the design and installation of new front and back yards including plants, pathways, irrigation and lighting. They and their employees were prompt, courteous, and highly professional in all respects. We highly recommend their services.

Mark is awesome. I found his company while he was doing a neighboring property and thus far everything he has done is beautiful. He is professional (as are his employees), reasonable and always returns a call. Highly recommended.

I love NOLAgreen, they have literally saved my life over the years. When my late husband had his first stroke these guys stepped up and took the worry of the outside areas off my mind. I have known Mark and observed his work and relationship with his clients for at least ten years. He and his employees have performed yeoman service, and have been reliable and prompt in getting the job done. He has a particular challenge in servicing inner city clients in planting shrubs and flower boxes on balconies. Just getting plant material, supplies and other equipment from his truck to upper level condominiums while satisfying the rules and regulations of the premises, and keeping the appearances in first class shape is not a problem for him and his crew. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Nolagreen installed a stone walkway for me. Mark responded to my request quickly and with his experience, helped me make key design decisions. The result was perfect. Throughout the process, his professionalism and that of his crew were of the highest order. I wish it hadn't taken me 10 years in New Orleans to discover Nolagreen.

Nola green recently landscaped our entire yard and added an irrigation system. The team was on time and professional. They also stood behind their work. We had a small issue with the irrigation system. We called that night and they were out there fixing it the next morning - on a Sunday! I highly recommend and will be using for all our future needs.

Mark and his entire team are professionals and take pride in their work. Mark is excellent at listening to your vision and executing. He also provides fantastic insight on what thrives best in your space and what finishing touches you may need. We are very pleased with the work done by Mark and his team.

Did some tree trimming work required from our insurance. Super professional, answered all questions timely, and very responsive. They did a really clean job removing all of the left over debris. Didn’t butcher the tree either, which was a important for us and the creatures that call it home. We look forward to working with them for landscaping our front yard.

These guys area great - we are repeat customers and will continue to use them. Mark truly cares about the customer's satisfaction. I have had them do multiple projects at my house, as have my neighbors, and I am very happy with everything he has done.

Nolagreen rebuilt a patio for me. It is beautiful and was a really easy process. I recommend highly.

Nolagreen is a well-run company. Mark is a professional, who takes pride in his work. His employees are friendly and courteous. They have done my outdoor work reliably for at least 8 years. They do beautiful work!

Mark was very responsive, and thoughtful. He helped me troubleshoot a couple of issues with respect to in-ground irrigation, and a hardscape / drainage solution that was bugging me. He and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. I will go with NOLA green for maintenance as well.

Mark was a real pleasure to work with. He was conscientious and responsive. He had great ideas and he planned and his team executed them well. We had a very complicated and challenging project but Nolagreen handled it well.

Unreliable.

Mark and his crew repaired an irrigation leak, checked out the system. I’m hiring them to do yard maintenance as well, they’re going to maintain lawn and beds. They were responsive and professional, at least initially. After several visits, lawn and plant beds were much improved. I was pleased with their work, and I told Mark so.

However, after a month and a half of (sometimes) weekly maintenance visits, they stopped coming. Mark has stopped responding. I texted him several times. He promised to put service agreement in writing but never did. Then he stopped responding. I don’t know why he decided to ghost me. When they were here they did a good job working on trimming and weeding. Not so good on the small lawn, that developed large bare spots.

Mark should have at least had the decency to tell me they wouldn’t or couldn’t work for me anymore.
