This guy was honest and did the work without messing around.He replaced our old air conditioning(it was a real dinasaur) and my husband and I were impressed that he didnt try to gouge us either.We were quoted a very fair price.We are happy as a clam.We highly recommend him.

I called and they were prepared to come out as soon as possible. I wasn't having any issues but wanted to make sure my system was in good working order. Especially before this summer heat becomes worse. The technician, Brandon, was great. He was thorough and very professional. Thanks again. And as far as recommendations. I am already getting the word out. Had a friend call today and set up an appointment. Thank ya'll again!

The folks at Aire Serv are very professional and nice.The owners seem like real honest people. The ladies in the office were helpful and pleasant to speak to. The techs that installed our unit were friendly and thorough. They explained what they did after they were finished and finished in the amount of time they said they would be done. Would recommend this company!

We called AireServe because our drain line had broken on our old unit. The tech decided we didn’t need a drain line and that he fixed the problem. After doing the work he then tells me it was a clogged drain and will never leak again. 24hrs later water was leaking through the ceiling. When we called them back the lady who answered was kind of rude and started blaming me saying I didn’t do the repairs that the tech wanted when in fact I did exactly what he recommended. I was concerned but he gave me his word it would never leak again. His fix was not what he was originally called out to do nor what was needed to alleviate the problem. They sent a second tech out to look at what was going on and he said someone would call us back. No one called for 5 days, we had to contact them. The same rude lady gave me a “thousands of dollars” estimate to fix what their tech did and told me they didn’t want me as a customer. It felt as though this estimate was inflated because they didn’t want to do the work. They left us in a worse position than before we called them. They are very unprofessional in the manner in which they conduct business and I would not recommend anyone use their services.

Zach and Jessie were the service technicians who came out and installed my Father's new air/ heating system!!! They were excellent!!! A 3-day job they both got done in 8 hours so my family would not be in the cold!!! We are so grateful for their work ethic and professional quality was amazing!! Thank you to thse two gentlemen for their work and quality!! Their genuine conversation was great as well!! Thank u guys!!
