Great service!! I live in BR...I have a sub zero refrigerator-freezer. I called two places here, thinking they be faster than someone from Nola. One said they couldn’t do it and another that they recommended didn’t call me back until after mine was fixed. They said it would take a week to get someone out (!!!!!!). A live human answered the phone at Bonvillian and came out the next day—on time and my freezer was fixed in an hour. I won’t bother with anyone else next time.

Our experience with Bonvillion Appliance has been outstanding. They have taken care of repairs and maintenance on our Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and always been professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable. We are so grateful to have a company that takes pride in their work and stands behind their workmanship.

Daniel was great! My microwave which was out of warranty stopped working after a storm. The initial charge to come out was reduced when he found the issue with my microwave without ever having to touch it. (lol/smh) I appreciate him treating a first-time customer with such integrity. It's rare in the city these days. Thank you again for being so professional. I will definitely be using him for service if anything occurs in the future.
