Our project was a challenging job however with Mario’s expertise, creativity, and attention to detail our property is now a showpiece. We couldn’t be more pleased with the steel edging, boxwood border, pansies, hollies, new lighting, updated sprinkler system, and all of the other things Mario included too numerous to mention. All materials used were of the highest quality and it shows.

Mario and his staff worked diligently until the end. The plants and trees were spaced apart perfectly and the mulch bed was beautiful. Everything was very clean looking upon completion. We’ve had numerous compliments by friends and others passing by.

We are beyond thrilled with the new look of our front yard as Mario and his staff exceeded our expectations! We will continue to use Clean Cut Landscaping for all our future seasonal landscaping maintenance and highly recommend Clean Cut Landscaping for any lawn needs.

With a corner house I have lots of garden to maintain. When the plant app on my phone diagnosed my plants as “distressed” and the weeds as “healthy” it was time to call a professional. Mario and his team showed up and did a phenomenal job. They were very friendly and professional. They removed the old garden on a Monday and by Thursday we were the envy of our whole neighborhood. Mario and his crew were prompt, personable, and explained in detail with pictures and samples what they were going to do to alleviate the flooding issue in my backyard. Mario kept me abreast of the drainage project by sending me videos as well as asking me to come observe the progress . He was there working with his crew during the entire operation. On the next rainy day I even received a follow up phone call from Mario to see how well the drainage project performed. It’s rare to receive a follow up call!

Mario and his team totally transformed our alleyway! With two large dogs and not a ton of sun, it was looking rough (dirt/mud, weeds, etc). The results were night and day, and we were so pleased. Professional, responsive, and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Clean Cut Landscaping did an amazing job replacing my front lawn with zoysia grass. This work required tearing out overgrown jasmine, weeds, tree roots, and an oak tree stump. The company removed all the tree roots, grinded down the tree stump, and removed all of the jasmine. All the work was performed professionally and diligently. The work site was completely cleaned after completion of the job. The owner explained in detail each step of the installation process, and provided detailed instructions on how to care for the lawn, in order to ensure optimal growth results. I would strongly recommend this company for any landscape work.

Mario is one of the best trade persons I've ever dealt with. He provided a great design plan for my front and rear yard, was prompt, professional and worked with a super-efficient crew to finish the job in less than a day. Highly recommended!!

I used Clean Cut Landscape for installing drainage around the back of our house. I got 3 quotes for this project, all had very different approaches and price points. Mario was in between on price (not the cheapest) but his approach seemed much more straightforward and strategic than the others. He also was flexible about working with me to get it done in stages, and was very responsive about updating the final quote and talking through a few of the specifics. So far - we've had a couple heavy rains since the project and the backyard hasn't come close to flooding like it did previously so I'd say the goal was accomplished!

I spoke with multiple landscaping/drainage companies. Mario/Clean Cut won easily. Mario listen to my concerns and thoughts regarding standing water in my backyard even after a modest rain. Mario shared what he thought was the best solution and why. My solution was to use electric pumps. He explained why pumps were unnecessary saving me hundreds of dollars and future maintenance headaches. Mario also shared some landscaping ideas for the backyard that my wife and I love. Clean Cut Landscaping Co were total professionals and did an excellent job for us. They completely replaced our week infested front lawn with a new beautiful Zoysia grass lawn. Their communication was great and they took extra care not to impact our neighbors. Would highly recommend!

From the very first moment when Mario came to our home to give us an estimate we could tell he was a straight shooter. He explained that if we wanted a healthy back lawn, we needed to install yard drainage with the appropriate grading and sloping. He also proposed a limestone covering around our garage since nothing could grow successfully there. Mario's team was not only on time - they were early ! They worked hard all day and knocked out our job in 2 days. Each step of the way, Mario himself was onsite explaining each step of the process and ensuring that the total job was top notch and professional. Mario went above and beyond to work within our budget. To top it all off, at the end of each day his team used blowers and hoses to clean up our driveway. From the consultation, Mario was honest and helpful with suggestions. He informed us of what common options were available for our front garden and he was spot on. He helped us choose an option that utilized some of what we already had planted and added a new look all at the same time.
