HVAC reviews in Livingston, Louisiana

I can't really speak to the quality of their work because they never bothered to call me back. I called several times and left two messages a couple days ago. Nobody ever answered the phone or returned my calls. If you need repairs done in a timely manor I would not recommend calling these guys. I ended up having to go with another company to get my repairs done. I was surprised since all the other reviews are so good. I thought they would be more responsive but maybe those were written by family and friends to fluff the ratings. I don't know.

I came home in the middle of a Saturday and my outside unit was not running and the house was heating up. My neighbor gave me the number to Jeffco. I called and they were there within the hour. I needed a new capacitor and freon, and the work was done quickly. I would highly recommend them for fast, good work at a fair price.

Very nice people. Very honest and straight forward, they saved us almost $5,000.00. We had another company come out and inspect our units and they were trying to get us to replace our whole unit. Mr. Jeff came down and got us fixed up for a few hundred bucks. Truly a pleasure dealing with him and his wife, I would recommend them to anyone!

I have had the pleasure of using Jeffco for 30 years and three homes. They are fair,honest,knowledgeable and a hard working family. I have recommended them to whoever needed their services for years. In this world there are few gems that you come across that have this high level for standards..and they maintain this each time we have needed them.

Just had a 24 year old system replaced today. Jeffco does an awesome job. AC cooled from 77 degrees to 74 degrees in 25 minutes with an outside temp of 96 at 3 pm. They left the work area very neat. I’ve used them to service my two AC systems for around 8 years. They do not push you to buy something you don’t need. Thank you!

The two technicians were extremely prompt, professional and polite. From the assessment to the installation, they kept me informed. I have complete confidence in their work. They were conscientious about protecting my wood floors and worked efficiently to complete the job. Well done guys! Thank you so much.
