Couldn’t ask for better service. Brandon was prompt and knowledgeable. When the repair required a little bit more than what was originally thought he made it happen fast and we had AC back the same day. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.

With less than 24 hours notice, Brennen’s estimated the cost of a new HVAC unit and arrived to install it. He was prompt, cut no corners Amanda went over and above the scope of work he detailed on the estimate. Brennen and his crew were polite and cleaned up their work areas before leaving around 9:30pm. They wasted no time on trips for “parts” or breaks. His estimate was significantly less than the company with whom we had our annual contract. His final invoice was not increased by one cent over the estimate. His company is young and he is driven to grow his business while still offering fast service at a fair price. We can’t recommend him enough. Our previous company said a new unit could not be installed for over a week. It’s July in NOLA so that doesn’t work. One lesson we learned. Ask how many of the company’s clients are on an annual contract. If the majority are, there will be no preferential service. If everything is important, nothing is important. 5 stars!

Brennen ac was very friendly people to work with understand everything that I want to get done. Did an amazing job on the installation of the new vent boxes, duct work and ac unit. I am very pleased with the way everything came out.

Called Brennen’s out at 7:00 pm and we was at my house in 30 minutes. My AC was fixed by 8:30. Very professional and fair.
