Never answered phone an never returned my call

No call no show times 2 appointments

Made several phone calls, finally got put on the schedule, appointment day came no call no show and didn't answer the phone.

I’ve used Raymond and Thomas Armstrong for 20 years and I’ve never been disappointed with any of their work. They are reliable and affordable. 👍👍

Called multiple times. No call back. When I finally got through they put me on the schedule, but nobody showed up! I called and she said she would see what the holdup was and call back. I haven't heard from them since and when I called again they don't answer.

Mr. Raymond and his son Thomas are life savers. The gas company turned off the gas after detecting a leak. Mind you,we have a winter storm brewing. My husband found and called Armstrong Plumbing and they came out next day just like he said. They showed up when no one else would. Got us fixed up in no time and had very reasonable prices. They now have forever customers. Thank you Armstrong Plumbing!

Needed a new HVAC system! They completed it in one day! They fixed things they didn’t have to, cleaned up everything- and were prompt and courteous! Thanks Melody, Jeff, Stormy and the boys! I’m proud of them!

Our aair went out. I was HOPING TO FIND A BUSINESS IN MANSFIELD, LA TO KEEP BUSINESS LOCAL !!! Icalled close to 2PM on a Friday. By 4440pm repairman WASZHERE!! BY 512pm our air was back on!!. Thank you to Ms Melody and repairman. It felt good to support A LOCAL BUSINESS. I'M SURE WE'LL USE THEM AGAIN😊

I am a property manager for Oakhill and Desoto Plaza apartments in Mansfield and they always are prompt in serving needs! I can always count on Jones Electric to get Electrical needs fixed, ac and heater problems. They provide excellent service. And they check everything when it comes to Ac or heater problems. They always wash down the ac condenser, always check freon even if these things didn't need service. These guys are the BEST!

I had to wait awhile for service, but I didn't mind since every other place I called said no. Landon brought the part needed to repair my gas oven. He was polite and fast with his work.

Kevin gave great customer service. My central air had stopped cooling. It was on a weekend, I called Kevin Saturday morning. In just a few minutes he returned my call. He came right when he said he would. It repaired my central unit and it cooled better than ever. his prices are very reasonable And I would definitely use him again.

Do NOT call for refrigerator service!! Manhandled fridge and broke wheel on back, cleaned dust but left much for me to do, did nothing else and charged $100! The person who came from Logansport today said the dust around compressor had NOTHING to do with the issue! Stutts didn't bother to check any other issue. Simply don't know what they're doing. The younger of the two was kind, but come on! When one needs a repairman, stick to what you know, not how to get one over on a customer! This is our food and my elderly mom deserved better! At least now we have someone handling it, who came in and listened to what was happening and diagnosed the issue! Ugh!

Landon Sutts just left, TOTALLY Happy with WORK done on my gas stove. Knowledgeable, friendly all around excellent appliance repairman!!! WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN AND REFER TO OTHERS!
